    Sergey Polyakov Alexandrovich. I was born on August 29,1980 in Donetsk. In 1987 I went to the first class of school ¹51.
    In 1993 I entered the Donetsk Technical Lyceum. During my study in Lyceum I took part in great number of olympiads on different subjects (mathematics, programming, chemistry, physics) and my best goal was the third place in regional olympiad on physics.
    In 1995 and 1996 I participated in the seminars held by the Malaya Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (MASU).
    In 1997 I graduated the Donetsk Technical Lyceum and was awarded the gold medal. That year I entered the Computer Science faculty of the Donetsk State Technical University on speciality "Informational Systems in Management". As a DSTU's student I repeatedly took part in olympiads on economics and management.
    In 2001 I have received the degree of bachelor on management. In spring 2001 I was taken on a job to the enterprise "Interstar" as a system administrator. Interstar is relatively new and rapidly growing company. The main directions of its activity are mobile communication, internet, ip-telephony. My first work.
    As long as study in University on specialty Informational systems in management there were many disputes about my specialty's purpose: some people said that its graduates would never reach any success either in programming or in management. On my opinion in every high school the students are taught "to think" and "to work with books". Having these basic skills a graduating student can keep on his studying on a concrete workplace.
    On my first hand IT- attainments were as useful as management ones and the striking example of combination of these kinds of knowledge is my dissertation. I think that personnel management plays a main part in any firm's success and modeling personnel service's activity can help in assessment of its influence on firms efficiency.
