RESEARCH OF INFLUENCE THE EXTERNAL PROCESSING ON CRYSTALLIZATION OF CONNECTIONS BY SYSTEM ALUMINIUM - SILICON WITH THE PURPOSE OF INCREASE OF THE LEVEL OF PROPERTIES

Urgency of a theme

One of the most perspective directions who successfully enough develop in the world in the field of reception and application eutectic alloys aluminium with silicon, improvement of technology of their reception is.

These alloys in the near future may make a serious competition to more expensive (dear) and scarce materials which are used as constructional. And it is connected by that foundry aluminium alloys have a high complex of foundry properties, small density (since their structure includes silicon - easier element, than aluminium), heat conductivity etc.

Thus, foundry aluminium alloys on the basis of silicon are widely used in aircraft, shipbuilding, an autostructure, construction and other branches of a national economy. However mechanical properties of these alloys are unsatisfactory. It speaks allocation of needle crystals of silicon.

Therefore one of priority problems (tasks) of foundry technology is the directed management of structure and properties of casting at all stages передела. The most effective is influence on metal in a liquid condition and during crystallization.

Now there is some information on application of technologies of influence on metl, that allows to raise (increase) operational characteristics.

Thus, research and development concerning simple and cheap ways of manufacture by silumins is actual now a problem (task).

The purpose of work

Research of influence the vibrating influence on melt at crystallization of connections of system aluminium - silicon with the purpose of increase of a level of properties
