Now, with development of computer technology, the engineers use more and more and more difficult methods of account, which give very high accuracy of account. The large importanc e for reception of qualitative hire have such factors, as quality of metal, quality of roll manufacture and roll fittings, accuracy adjust of a mill and qualification of the attendants, and also the correctness of account of roll calibration, which is a determinative determining successful job of a mill. Exact account spread , the area of cross section of stock material, contact area are the important factors, which ensuring rational calibration.
