Resume:

A middle mark during the studying in university made 4,9. Freely I know Russian, Ukrainian. In a volume sufficient for reading and correspondence, I know English. I carry with sport, music, play a guitar.

Short biography:

I was born on June 22, 1984 in Donetsk, Donetsk region.

Parents:

My mother – Tereshchuk Lubov Philippovna. She was born on June 1, 1962. She works at confectionery factory «Kiev-konti".

My father – Tereshchuk Sergey Eugenievich. He was born on April 1, 1960. He works at A. F. Zasyad’ko mine.

Childhood

At the age of about 4 I went to the children's garden with the strange name "Cheburashka". There we were forced to play games and to eat porridge all the time. For some reason I did not like neither of two, therefore I was capricious, so the teachers always reproved me, I mean, brought me up. At that time my behavior left to wish the better: I was frolic and fought with others, except girls and elderly people. But soon their opinion about me changed, because we began to learn to read and write and at that time I read well enough for my age which surprised everybody. By the end of “training” in such interesting institution I became slightly quieter.

School

But the time passed, and it was necessary to go on. And so I went… To school with number 93. I went straight to the second form, as the director said, that I had nothing to do in the first one. At the elementary school I learned well and there was only one problem - my "remarkable" handwriting, which I myself could not understand from time to time. Probably for this reason I did not like the subjects where it was necessary to write a lot. After the fifth form many different disciplines appeared, but among them I liked only mathematics and physics. Already then I knew that if I go to study somewhere after school, it would not be the humanitarian direction. I literally hated the subjects like biology, geography and history. In general it is necessary to say that the school ¹93 was the same as all the others, but even now I do not miss it, because something was something unpleasant for me in it. But one day when I was in the eighth form, some people came to our lesson and offered to continue our study in an educational institution of a new type called «Donetsk college». As I already said I did not like my school very much, therefore I decided to change conditions and after the eighth form I went to take entrance examinations to the college. That was my first exams and I was very nervous about them. But my excitements appeared to be superfluous, as I passed them normally. I was finished with school for good and on the first of September, 1999 I came to the new place of studying. It seemed to me that everything there had to be in a different way, maybe more serious, but everything was as everywhere: the same teachers and the same pupils. But it was much more interesting to study in the college and various games and actions were carried out. I liked the lessons of mathematics, especially geometry, very much and very often argued with the teacher on one or another question concerning the subject. I also liked the English language, although I always was lazy to do the homework and received the “two” frequently. In the tenth form we had some subjects of choice, and I chose the Greek language, although now I do not remember even the Greek alphabet. Then during half a year I learned German language, but then I understood, that it is better or English, or nothing. The training system in the college was similar to that of university, because we all together passed examinations every half a year. Before the graduation from the college we were taken for excursion to different Donetsk high schools so as we could choose the next educational course. In general I do not regret that last three years before the university I studied here: made the acquaintance of many people, found friends and got a little knowledge.

University

So the time came to chose the high school, and after looking through all variants I settled on Donetsk State Technical University, as it was called at that time. I selected the electrotechnical faculty and the speciality “Electromechanical automation systems and electrical drives”. My first impressions about the university were double: on one hand it was very hard to make my way into the study, and on the other hand – complete freedom in the sense that that nobody takes care of you and you are responsible for everything by yourself. The first year was a real hell for me as to the study, because I had no time to do anything and got “satisfactory” marks at the first session. I thought that it is quite impossible to pass all these complete exams with “excellent” but soon took myself in hand and never got “three” during the study any more. On summer session at the third year I passed all exams for “excellent” and went on like that till I got the bachelor’s degree. The certificate of degree was “red” though I had to repeat some exams to obtain it. I went in for sports from my childhood, particularly karate, therefore on studies of physical culture I went to karate section and once I even won the first place in the university competition and was very happy to get a medal and a diploma for that victory. During my student’s life which was very rich and interesting I learned a lot of new things, got acquainted with many people, some of whom became my friends later.

Choosing the subject of my master’s work

After receiving the bachelor’s diploma a question of choosing the subject of my master’s work and its scientific adviser arose up in front of me. I offered a young, promising and energetic teacher, associate professor of EAPU chair Mintus Andrey Nikolaevich to take my degree project under his supervision. He agreed, and in turn offered me the subject “Automation of locking steel casting in continuous casting machines”, which interested me and with which I am engaged in present.

My plans for future

My plans for the years immediately ahead are probably the same as many others have. After my graduation I would like to find a good work with appropriate salary, where I can use all the knowledge, received in DonNTU, to have a family, children, oh…
