Abstract

Introduction

Coal industry - it is search, extraction and processing of a useful minerals – the most ancient branch activity of mankind.

The share of coal among all stocks of organic fuel makes 95,6%, it will suffice for some centuries of intensive extraction. That is why coal is the basic energy carrier in Ukraine and the guarantor of her independence.

To lift coal extraction in Ukraine on a new level is possible, only having carried out modernization of brunch the equipment which in 2 – 3 times exceeded a resource, reliability and productivity of the equipment of which should be replaced, stability worked in difficult mine-geological conditions of mines.

Wide introduction of conveyer transport on mines is one of the important factors of increase of a technological level and efficiency of mine brunch.

But practice of operation show, that now conveyer appear substantially not produced both on productivity, and on an operating time.

Essential increase of economic efficiency of conveyer transport can be achieved by the coordination of parameters and work of conveyers with actual entrance goods traffic, for example, application of regulation of speed of movement of belt of the conveyer depending on size of an actual goods traffic.

The given work will be devoted to the given question.

Underexploitation of conveyers results in unjustified expenses for the electric power, reduction of service life of a tape and rollers and, hence, to increase of cost of transportation of coal. [4]

For effective functioning conveyer transport it is necessary to provide the greatest possible filling of a belt. But the miner traffic differs non-uniformity because of idle times the equipment. As consequence from this there are difficulties with filling of the conveyer. With application of the multihigh-speed conveyor the maximal filling of a belt is considerably facilitated.

At reduction of speed of movement of a belt, the length of run decreases, at transportation of the certain quantity of coal. Hence, she will less be worn out for this period. Thus, reducing speed of a belt during certain times, we increase a technical resource of a tape. As is known the tape makes 60 % of cost of the conveyer and if we will manage to prolong service life of a belt even for couple of months we shall receive huge economic benefit. The same situation turns out with rollers.

At an empty branch higher factor of resistance to movement of a belt, than at ãðóæåííàÿ âåòâü. Thus, at transportation of an empty belt expenses of energy for a drive of the conveyer and consequently cost of 1 ton of coal increases increase.

In a kind of all it, the multihigh-speed drive is more economic and his application is more expedient.

The purpose of work is the choice of rational circuit planetary speed gear-box of a multihigh-speed drive of the belt conveyer, with the purpose of the further development of a multihigh-speed drive that will provide the maximal loading a belt, for maintenance of its minimal run that will lead to to increase in service life of a belt, rollers, the energy decrement, to increase in economic benefit.

For achievement of an object in view it is necessary to solve the following problems:

  1. To lead the analysis of the circuit of transport of mine;
  2. To choose the conveyer on the basic developments of mine;
  3. To define optimum levels of switching of speeds and their number;
  4. To define running loading on the conveyor;
  5. To analyse existing designs of drives;
  6. To analyse various constructive circuits of drives and to choose the best.
