There is a difficulty in information (content) updating as a result of site increasing. And in this connection use of content management system become more relevant. It is advisable to begin creation of special paid content for after diploma and additional education (ex. Programming, Economics) due advent of e-Payment systems (WebMoney and other) and their wide distribution in Commonwealth of Independent States. Existing content management and e-Payment systems are rated in this work. Requirements for complex content management system are formulate on this basis.

CMS is English term; it is abbreviation of content management system. CMS – is a system, that supports creation, control, distribution, allocation and evolution of information. It covers all lifecycle of web-pages on site, from simple tools for content creation and it’s distribution to archiving. 6 CONTENT MANAGEMENT FOR SYSTEM OF SITES

Now DonNTU has system of sites which includes the information more than for 10 faculties. There is not only static information on these sites, as for example addresses or phones, but also dynamic information. These are students data, scientific works, conferences, lectures and other. The interesting feature in this situation is sites distributed on several domains and on several servers. Some sites, which are allocated on different domains, have duplicating information. When there is such size of the information, it is advisable to move site to content management system to facilitate process of information updating. At the moment of search any of available content management systems had no opportunity for content management for sites which are allocated on different servers. It is necessary to create such content management system, where should be primary module with database, which contain common information for system of sites and also secondary modules, which have access to common database and also to its own database.

As a matter of fact the idea and realization of such CMS is identical to available systems except that secondary CMS have access to database of the primary system. Realization of such system probably will cause a speed problem of user request processing, as the database located on a remote server. However use of a cache should solve the problem. From this point of view it is possible to integrate sites in single system.

Advantages of such system:
    - Automatic updating of dependent information on secondary modules
    - The facilitated sites support
    - Each site has its own design
    - Each site can be supported by one or several managers
    - Possibility of connection a new site to system.

However besides giving already available information on university sites, it is advisable to give a special paid content for additional education. Such promotion in Internet area can increase a university rating. For payment of such course it is reasonable to use WebMoney payment system, which is described above, as it is the most popular system in Commonwealth of Independent States.

CONCLUSION

In the current work the analysis of existing content management systems has been done. It was reviewed their advantages and disadvantages. The expediency of using CMS for different types of sites is considered. Also the most popular electronic payment WebMoney system in Commonwealth of Independent States has been considered. On the done work it is possible to draw the following conclusions. The number and quality of content management systems grows, these systems make a good showing and they should be used. Therefore it is recommended to move system of DonNTU sites to technology of a similar sort. Requirements to realization of such approach in DonNTU conditions are formulated in the current work.
