Introduction. Topicality    

In condition of the trancient economy and developments of the market relations the main problem for firms became the growing uncertainty and variability of the economic ambience, which has brought the negative condition of production. The new economic conditions of the market relations grouping in condition of change the global structure of management, principles of the management and interactions have brought to noncompetitive of Ukrainian firms.

Firm turned out to be in quite new condition of the management, to which did not get ready. Continuously, manufacturing economic system is experienced uncountable ensemble casual, difficult forecasted indignations (climatic and meteorological conditions; the economic risks(market economies), incompleteness of the structured building of the system, difficulties to formalizations the economic problems, information insufficiency, information redundancy, instability factor (including political) and etc.).

So othat the most sharp problem remains the problem of firm management in new market condition which are quickly changed.

 
    Purposes of master's thesis
  1. Review modern approaches to decision the problem of manufacturing economic system’s stability to different risk influences
  2. Review achievements in given area and wording opened questions
  3. Systematization of the research studies
  4. Building mathematical optimization model of the stabilization process
  5. Adaptation management model for its practical application on concrete firm
 
Science newness    
  1. Development block diagrams of the support of stability of manufacturing economic systems;
  2. Improvement mathematical optimization model of the stabilization process;
  3. The Realization the model in Powersim for possibility of its practical use;
  4. Approbation this mechanism of management on concrete firm
 
    Practical value

  • By firms to optimization the process of management of risk factors

Current and planned results    
  • Designed methdological scheme of stability of manufacturing economic systems.
  • Formalized the optimization model offered in [4] for possibility of its practical use.
  • Built the base flow scheme of this model in Powersim and organized tests of model.
  • The defect of model were revealled and marked variants of its complication.
  • Planned improvement given mathematical model, adjustment of the flow scheme, approbation model on concrete firm.
 
    Conclusion

Master's thesis include:

  • Demonstration of system approach for study of the manufacturing systems.
  • Review of some optimization model of the process of stabilizations of the manufacturing systems,
  • Flow schemes on the base of this model which possible use for decision optimization problems of the process of stability of manufacturing systems.

For study of the manufacturing systems were aplying methods of the system analysis and computer modeling on base of the models system dynamics and modern system of modeling Poewrsim Studio 2003. The designed simulation model of the production allows to forecast the dynamics of production with provision for different risk factor. The Designed complex is a kernel information-analytical managerial system firm and allows to value efficiency of management decisions.
