My name is Olga Alexandrovna Rybalka (Volochko before marriage). I was born on December 8, 1983 in Donetsk. My father, Alexander Stepanovich Volochko is a driver, my mother, Tatiana Anatolievna Volochko is an economist.

I can't remember everything from my early childhood, but I know something from my parents' words. I was a desired child. I grew up as a strong, healthy girl. I was curious and smart, but calm and quiet at the same time. I did not bring any trouble for my parents. I was brought up in the kinder garden from the age of one year and a half. I had learned the world with great interest. My mother considered the most striking features of my character such ones as activity, diligence and a sense of duty and responsibility. And probably, just those features helped me to be always the first and to take a leading part in any activity.

I went to school with great interest and desire. I was lucky to have such a teacher as I did (unfortunately she had gone). She helped me to learn the secret of science. I realized what study and education meant for people. During my school years I had to change three educational establishments. Two of them are connected with moving to other places of living, and the third was my conscious choice as my wish to study exact scenes dominated over others. I was accepted to school 17 in Donetsk. This school was specialized on physics and mathematics. They were the best years of my life! The stuff was qualified and experience the students were strong and had good knowledge. I had to work hard not be benena the class. I constantly improved my knowledge. I worked much at increasing my knowledge in physics, mathematics and informatics. I did it with great pleasure and achieved some success. I took part in different Olympiads and competitions. Active school life gave me forces. And I was awarded: I finished school with a gold medal.

When I was a schoolgirl I had a lot of hobbies. It was difficult to cover them all. But gradually I chose one. Dances. I started to go to dances when I was five . I had some prizes and awards. I took part in different concerts and contests. This hobby helped me to be fit. It made my life more interesting and active. It made me close to the beauty of folk dances. Having entered the Physics-Mathematics school I made my choice in favor of my mathematics, as I consider that it's impossible to do all. But I never stopped to love dancing. I adore noisy, merry companies, dynamic dances, communicating with people. In my free time I do all this with pleasure.

My good school base, a greate desire and hard work (I solved almost all maths problems of entrance and rating exams) helped me to enter Donetsk National Technical University (former Donetsk Polytechnic Institute) at the faculty of Calculating Technology and Informatics, the speciality Economic Cybernetics. I don't regret of my choice at all. I have never had any problems with the sessions. I work hard at my favorite exact sciences, learn everything that our university teachers and scholars give us and do it with great responsibility. In 2005 I got the diploma of bachelor with honors. But I decided not to give up and entered the Magistrates. Without modesty I can say that I am proud of my achievements. I consider that magistrate will strengthen my knowledge and advance it. My dream of complete higher education will come true when I get the degree of a Magister. It will give me greater possibilities in a career and will increase my chances as a specialist. I can't say that it was easy to learn. But I always do it with great persistence and hardness putting concrete aims and tasks before me.

I have a profound knowledge in economic sciences, marketing, financing, accounting, investing, insurance etc. I master English at a sufficient level, I know the languages of programming: MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Front Page, Project), MathCAD, Mathematic, 3DStudio, Visual Basic, Delphi, HTML, Rational Rose, Statistic and others. I think I can show all my knowledge in my Masters paper at which I am working now. The theme is: "Managing of advertising activity of a firm on working out the programmer supply". Except the knowledge, which I have got the university, I can apply the experience that I have got at the firm for which I have been working for a year already. The tutor of my masters research paper is Vitaliy Vladislavovich Karabchevskiy.

I am sure that after graduating from the University I'll become a good qualified specialist. To say more I started to apply my knowledge at practice after the third year of studying. It was not only the experience but material supply plus scholarship. 2004 - training lessons with the pupils of grade 5. My pupils got excellent results -10,11 balls. July 2004-February 2005 - firm "" (a distributor of products of the company 'Mars') I started as a merchdesigner and then as an office manager. Since April 2005 - an operator PC CF "Viola" (a distributor of products of the company 'Tchibo'). The result of my activity: I have fulfilled the amount of four month work for one. From June 2005 till now I am working in "Infocom", a firm that deals with working out programmes for giving the report in electronics. It's rather difficult to observe my position as I am trusted to make treaties to give accounts etc. and besides I accompany the users in working with program and the advancing of the program itself. This work requires communicating with people, research and analytic activity. I am ready to study and work hard, thoroughly with a full return of my knowledge. A am satisfied with my work in a moral and material plan. And of course I am looking forward to a career growth...
