Autoabstract


       Under towns and populated areas of Donetsk coal–field about 1 milliards tones of coal–deposits are concentrated. These deposits are mostly investigated and in many are proved by coal–mining works and exploitational geological data. The keeping of coal–deposits entirely under the surface objects in many cases isn’t expedient and economic. On the other hand the extraction of such deposits causes the earth–surface deformations and damages buildings and constructions, situated on the mining areas. Thus, in order to make a decision of the extraction beginning in the definite area it is necessary to analyse carefully the conditions and results of the mining–surface objects in order to give the reasonable estimation of the possible object damages.

       The mining under the constructions without protective constructive measures is reasonable, as a rule, in the cases of non–expectations damages or in the cases when damages sizes do not exceed the figures of exceptable construction exploitation changes.

       Under considerable earth surface deformations the constructions protection with the help of constructive measures can not be carried out if to the moment of mining the phisical and moral construction wear caused its economical value loss. In this case the construction demolishing should be planned.

       Permissible and limited surface deformations are distinguished while building exploitation–underreworking.

       For civil buildings deformations which course not considerable damages are permissible.

       By limited deformations we consider such ones by arising of which in buildings and constructions mining without using constructive protective measurements damages providing distresses or exploitation finishing can arise. While mining of the building is work out in common conditions it’s senseless to continue its further exploitation while stating permissible and limited damages. Existing methods of appreciation of mining influence are based on priliminary forecast of movements and surface deformations and on further appreciation of the deformations influence on the surface objects. Several computer programms (PEFO, that allow to find out total deformations MULDA, “Podrabotka” etc.) of projections height for underreworking buildings and constructions are worked out for surface movements and deformations calculations at the present time. But further definition of permissible exponents of surface deformation for underreworking buildings and constructions are mainly made without technology.

       Taking into account the depth of improvement of banch coals in Donbass, extraction is conducted on rather large territories of mining and accordingly large quantity of surface objects. Not infrequently some hundreds of buildings and constructions on mining surface get to the area of influence of supposed improvement of one or two lavas. The absense of computer analysis data of rather large quantity of objects not only puts seriously on realizing of forecast of permissible exponents of surface deformations for underreworking buildings and constructions, but also makes management process of mining operations planning in option of surface object damage minimalization practically impossible. Therefore alaboration of computer system forecast of permissible exponents of surface deformation is an actual question.
