The making of the industrial explosive matter characterizes increasial explosive material and detrimental influence in the organism of the people. The ammonite is the basic explosive matter. It is industrial explosive matter mean power second class. The ammonite tolerances to the using in the miner industry at the open works and in the mines, what is safety as for gas and dust. The ammonite intends for explosion the rock of mean strength in the dry and water content of a deposit face. The action of the ammonite on the organism of the people is the action of the components, what the compounding includes. The trinitrotoluene is toxicant, and the trinitrotoluene can hits in the shape of dust in the organism of the people through lungs and digestion organs. The ammonial saltpeter irritates slimial mucous and the skin. It is necessary to shorten the personnel, who work it this production. In eighty years last century the transition was realized from the periodical production to the continuous production. This transition allows to shorten the quantity of industrial personnel on the 40%.

Technical distinction of this transition is installation tumbling burrels of the milling and mixing the continuous production. Important positive result of the reconstruction is the reduction of the people, who works with hurmful and dangerous matter. It is important that ejection of the hurmful matters corresponds the zero, because technological process does not foresee the contact of the ammonite with the environment.

The problem of the reduction of the personal and the problem of the decrease of the hurmful ejection were solved.

The are collides with new problem. Exactly, the sticking of the product on the walls of the tumbling barrel. The cleanings of the walls is danger operation, because ammonite has high sensitivity as for mechanical action. This negative factor removals by the control of the humidity of the saltpeter, because the saltpeter is the couse of the consolidation of the ammonite. The corrective drying supports the improvement of the quality of the product.

The unchecking drying is undesirable, because the melting point of the ammonial saltpeter is very small, therefore the product melts, when there are overheat. We propose to cool the ammonial saltpeter at once after the drying. Now the cooling happens after the mixing of the components in the tumbling barrel. The matter heats when the tumbling barrel rotates. In consequence this fact the product consolidates on the necessary to cool the matter until the mixing of the matter in the tumbling barrel.

We propose to happen the cooling of the ammonial saltpeter after the drying. This changes does not carry considerable economic expenses, but it raises the quality of the product.

This circuit of the technological control of the making of the ammonite supposes the periodic selections of the tests of the stock-produced ammonite. It is necessary to organize the express-analysis of the ammonial saltpeter for the determination it humidity at the initial stage for the supply and keeping of the humidity of the product and for the consolidation of the ammonite.
