"The elaboration of actions for emission reduction of gasoline stations"

Tarkovskay M. V.

ABSTRACT

The urgency of a theme The value of atmospheric air cleanliness for a person ‘s health and biodiversity preservation occupies one of the first places in modern research. Ukraine and Donetsk region are the leaders according to the level of atmosphere pollution. As a whole, Donetsk region possesses approximately 37 % of all emissions, and 13, 2 % of them are because of transport. During 2005 year 224, 9 thousands tons of polluting substances from all types of transport has got into the air, 95 % of which are because of motor transport. The growth of vehicle park entails the expansion of the servicing network and gasoline stations, which are related to the fifth class danger, but represent themselves a hidden threat for people as they are situated, basically, close to or on the territory of residential zones.

The purpose of work: to establish the danger degree of gasoline stations as to atmospheric air cleanliness, to make the analysis and the forecast of concrete gasoline station arrangement.

The main idea of the work: consists in the proof of conformity or non - conformity of working normative standards and a real situation of gasoline station accommodation.

The set tasks:

  1. The question condition analysis and the study of the references on working normative regulation realization as to the gasoline stations’ accommodation.
  2. Collection and analysis of the statistical data.
  3. Carrying out of the parameters analysis characterizing the level of atmospheric air pollution; establishment of the existing laws describing the parameters change dynamics of atmospheric air pollution.

The object of the research: the gasoline station located in city center of Donetsk.

The subject of the research: the influence of the gasoline station the cleanliness of Donetsk atmospheric air.

The methods of researches: ordering, generalization and the statistical analysis of the data as to the atmospheric air pollution degree; mathematical modelling, experimental analysis of air tests.
