MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF PROCESS STAMPING WHEELS SMALL DIAMETER

Development and mastering of new technologies of stamping and rolling of wheels, including small diameter actually to execute in the maximum compressed terms, securing thus high quality of wheels, proper to the world standards.
The work is devoted to the decision of actual task on creation of mathematical model of process of stamping of wheels of small diameter, which is needed for development of calibrations of stamps.
For finding of dependence of computation of degree of filling by the metal of stamps in the areas of rim, nave and comb, position of neutral line in disk, and also forces at stamping of the wheeled billet the planned computation experiment is executed depending on two factors ho/Ho, hc/Hc. Here Но – height of rim of wheel after the press by force 60 MN; ho – height of overhead part of rim of the wheeled bullet, got on the press by force 40/20 MN; Нс – height of nave of wheel after press by force 60 MN; hc - height of overhead part of nave of the wheeled billet got on press by force 40/20 MN. Parameters determining are chosen: degree of filling by the metal of stamps in the areas of rim of hTo/ho,, nave of hTc/hc and comb of hTг/hг; position of neutral line in disk - Dn/Dc; generalized coefficient of tense state to k, necessary for computation of force of stamping.

The limit changes of factors coming from the technological considering are chosen the following: ho/Ho= (0,13 – 0,39); hc/Hc= (0,14 – 0,42). The realization of experiments was executed by the eventual-element design. On picture show to initial and eventual moments of stamping on experience №6.

The treatment of results on every experience included measuring of width rim, heights of nave and combs. For computation of the parameter Dn/Dc preliminary neutral lines were definite in disks, in relation to which the masses of parts of wheel, got on press by force 60 MN and wheeled billets, got on press by force 40/20 MN, were equal. Coefficients are calculated on the basis of the values got after realization of all experiments of forces of stamping. Parameters on each of 9 experiments are presented in tabl. 1.

Results of computation of the regressive coefficients of ai, included in equalization (1) for computation of the parameters sought after depending on the indicated higher 2th factors, are presented in tabl. 2

The executed verification of adequacy of the got leveling gave positive results.
