"The new approach of economic forecast horizont"

Resume:

Middle mark in the period of teaching in an university is 5.0 I speak Russian, Ukrainian fluently. My English is sufficient for reading and correspondence. I. Got the diploma of bachelor with a honor. Presently I work as the specialist of economic management of JSC "Donetsksteel".

Short biography

I was born on March, 25, 1986 in Makeevka of the Donetsk region. In 1988 our small family my father - Sirchenko Nickolay Vasil'evich, mother - Sirchenko Galina Aleksandrovna and I, moved to Donetsk. When I was 3 years old I began to go to nursery school. I remember a wonderful linden-tree avenue, its aroma and white flowers and nice nursery governess Galina Vasil'evna. I liked to draw, do the hand-made articles and tell verses. When I was 5 year old I learned to read.

When I was 6 year old I was sent to school №22. In the first year of teaching I began to go in for synchronous swimming. My top achievement was the 1th place in city competitions on the obligatory program. It was difficultly me to combine sport and studies. I studied badly till the 7th class. Later, in the 8th class I did a choice between sport and studies in behalf of studies, because I really estimated the possibilities. A period from 8th to  9th class was a gold period in my personality development, it is time of breaking of stereotypes, exactly then I began  to study fine. I finished school in 2002 with the gilded youth.

As I did not have knowledges and skills in area of technologies of informations and computer technique, I decided to choose just the same high school which will allow to seize these knowledges and skills at high level. My student life began when I chose Donetsk National Technical University for the further teaching, because I became more adult, I was accountable to itself for the choice. Last year of teaching at school I prepared to ratings. In order to enter the name of speciality in a request on the first rating, I studied a question in detail and finally chose economic cybernetics. Synthesis of knowledges in area of economy, mathematical modelling and computer technologies, wide sphere of realization in the future, and also potential possibilities of forming of the special type of thought are basic reasons of choice exactly of this direction in teaching.
For the first four years I was a student of group EKI-02а. I am thankful to all students, which were and remain talented, inventive and creative personalities. I am convinced, that many students of EKI-02 will score a success in a professional activity. In times of teaching I participated in scientific conferences, olympiads, on the third course passed practice in JSC "FUIB".

On the results of excellent studies I became a master. At the same time another deciding event happened in my life. I got in the number of group of students, preparing on the special program "Spiral of development" for further work in a JSC "Donetsksteel". On this program in a basic educational course were entered such additional disciplines, as " an international competitiveness management", "strategic management", "investment and innovative policy", "innovative policy in a metallurgical complex". I express the special gratitude to all creators and developers of the program "Spiral of development". I hope that in future  other enterprises and companies will also the same way co-operate with our university.

The choice of theme of master's degree dissertation is conditioned on my interest to practical application of mathematical vehicle and modern technologies of informations for the decision of economic tasks. In particular the task of economic forecast appears as one of important constituents of the maximally grounded decision-making. On this stage there are a few directions, comings into notice:

1. increase of exactness of economic forecast;
2. ground of depth of economic forecast;
3. authentication of casual processes of time series;
4. selection of optimum models for drafting of forecast.

These and the associate professor of our department, candidate of engineerings sciences, is engaged in many other directions of mathematical design of economic processes is Smirnov Alexander V. Community of scientific interests defined for me the choice of Alexander V as a scientific leader of master's degree dissertation.

To make plans for the future it is necessary to realize the past. In the awareness of the past and some its arrangement such work as the creation of the personal page about myself and writing a creative biography helps very well. I plan to protect master's degree dissertation  successfully to carry on practical and scientific activity in the future.
