The most difficult, expensive and dangerous process in the general complex of operations on construction of the mountain-extracting enterprises is constructionshafts in difficult geological conditions special ways, including freezing of soils.
Vertical mine shafts, differing the uniqueness and importance in an
industrial complex of the mining enterprise, demand constant search and
mining
of effective solutions on an intensification of their construction and
not
demanding repair operation [2], that in turn is an actual scientific
and
technical problem of development of the coal industry of Ukraine.
The construction of shafts is one of the main parts in technical system
of the mining enterprise. During construction of the mining enterprise
shafts
settle down on a critical way, through them operations on opening and
preparation of a deposit, adjustment sinking are conducted and an
extraction
equipment, therefore they render essential influence for the term of
and cost
of all construction.
The analysis construction of shafts in a coal industry of East Donbass
shows, that the overwhelming majority of
them (up to 75 %) crosses encroached depositions submitted by clays,
loams and
sand by power from 3 up to 100 m. Construction of shafts in these
conditions,
basically was conducted with application of a way of freezing. With use
of
various constructions of a support and technology of conducting
operations,
switching: pig-iron tubings, monolithic one-layer
and two-layer supports [1].
The best
technical and economic parameters were reached(achieved) at fastening
shaft by
in-situ concrete after wall advance [1]. However, this technology does
not
provide safety of conducting operations and reliable sealing of joints
between
pulls of a support.
The purpose of master’s work is the definition of parameters of interaction of a concrete mix and rock mass in conditions of negative temperatures and increase of waterproofing properties of a support.
Idea of operation.
Definition of time of a set of durability of a solution at negative
temperatures both set of durability and bearing capacity producing an
opportunity to continue a support setting on all height of a pull.
During operation it is necessary to decide(solve) the following tasks:
1. To analyse forces of bond of a concrete support and rock mass at negative temperatures.
2. Laboratory researches of water tightness of a monolithic concrete support of shafts.
3. To lead(carry out) researches of the engineering specifications on construction of shafts with the help of a way of freezing on the data State open joint-stock company "Trust Äîíåöêøàõòîïðîõîäêà ".
4. To develop computer model of system " a support - frozen rock mass " for a substantiation of operation of parameters of a support setting of shafts.
5. The
generalization of the references on a theme of the given operation will
analyse
also.
