ABSTRACT

The relevance of research

Modern Ukrainian economy is characterized by the increasing pace of integration processes. The recognition of Ukraine as a market economy poses a challenge quality domestic companies improve the efficiency of economic activities and the best use of reserves efficiency. The transition to a market emerging dynamic relationship between production and consumer products, is becoming urgent problem moving goods across the stage of procurement, production and marketing. In these circumstances, the manufacturer of products require more diversity of products, save the time intervals between the acquisition and supply of raw materials to final consumer products, high-readiness to changes to the requirements of the market subject to high product quality and reduce costs. These requirements determine the need for rapid adjustment to a release of new products and preserving the lowest possible level of industrial stocks, integration stages procurement, production and marketing into a single materialoprovodyaschuyu system capable of adequately respond to the demands of the external environment. To ensure high efficiency and flexibility of production during the transition to a market need to create a fundamentally new organizational conditions, to reconsider the traditional methods of production management and implement modern management approaches material flows, based on the principles of integration processes of production and marketing. In an open market and the tightening competition becomes crucial task of strengthening the competitive position through cost reduction, optimization of finance and management information base. In these circumstances, particularly close attention should be drawn to the material, financial and information flows enterprises. Experience highly effective functioning of Western companies proves that conceptually, thanks to new methods of quality management can be achieved cost savings without compromising material properties and characteristics of products, as well as more efficient use of productive resources of the enterprise. The revival of the domestic industry requires creating a dynamic, highly efficient management system as the primary link economy. The solution to this complex problem requires, first and foremost, rethinking well-established notions about the very process of production and efficiency of its implementation in market conditions.

Goals and Objectives of the study

The purpose of dissertation work is the study of theoretical problems and the development of methodological recommendations and practical proposals for managing the material flow in production. In accordance with the purpose of the study were resolved and the following tasks: justified basic components of the organization of production and shows the location management material flow in the system; investigated the nature and content management capacity-kami material in the production; determined especially logistics approach to managing the material flow in the stages procurement, production and marketing of products based on the nature and principles of production logistics; formed a picture of the organizational diagnosis and proposed guidelines for the management of diagnostic studies material flow management features installed material flows from the position of production and logistics management system based material flows, integrating individual materialoprovodyaschey chain links; defined methods of organizing material flow, based on the synchronization of production processes, and a management model material flows in the system of "production-marketing".

Scientific novelty of work

Master's work is a study which conducted a comprehensive analysis of material flows management in the enterprise in modern economic conditions. Specific scientific novelty of the paper is the following: reasonable understanding of the essence and content management of material flows as integrating subsystems organization of production, taking into account the particular product processes in the stages of the purchase of materials, production and marketing; clarified the purpose and principles of management of material flows, tailor logistics approach to organizing and planning the movement of labour in the production; proposed methodical approach to diagnosis of the state management material flows, featuring an integrated, priority analysis of cause-effect relationships, targeting decision-makers to address problems; assessment methodology developed effective functioning of the material flow management system, using different method standard rankings and ratings to determine the relative importance of criteria and directions efficiency; developed an integrated management system for material flow in production, taking into account the principles of planning systems and material needs of synchronised production and use different set of optimization models; proposed mechanism for synchronizing the flow of material in the production process, using different procedures optimize production program and determine launch parties with the requirement for timely manufacturing of products; developed a management model material flows, based on the submission of enterprises in the form of the supply system, using different theoretical apparatus Petri networks to track the current state of the implementation of production orders and taking adequate specific situation management decisions.

The practical significance of the work

The results of graduate studies can be used for engineering and instrument-making enterprises. The introduction developed in the Master's work methodological approaches to analysis and assessment of management material flows, as well as synchronize material flow mechanism to ensure timely identification of deficiencies and needs to improve production management system, improve the quality and timeliness of decisions in phases procurement, production and marketing. Developed in the Master's work materials and recommendations to improve management of material flow in production may find practical application in enterprises of mechanical engineering and in the educational process, as well as pozvolityat enterprises to ensure timely detection of deviations in the production process, improve the efficiency of decision-making to prevent and eliminate these anomalies, but would also provide an opportunity to reduce the costs of implementing the decisions taken.

Review of studying the issue

Theoretical and practical significance of the complexity of problems in the management of material flows attracted the attention of large numbers of researchers both in our country, and abroad. Various aspects of the issue devoted to scientific works BA Anikina, A.M. Gadzhinskogo, MP Gordon, M.E. Zalmanovoy, AA Kolobova, DD Kostoglodova, OV Lavrova, LB Mirotin, I. Omelchenko, Y. Nerusha, OA Novikov, BK P?otki-on, VN Rodionova AI Semenenko, VN Sergeyev, AA Smekhova, VI Stahanova, OG Turovtsa, SA Uvarova, R. Ballou, D. Bowersox, D. Klossa, J. Koyla, G. Pavelleka, etc. They are widely discussed issues of materialoprovodyaschey chain and disclosed features of product management at the individual stages. However, the available scientific development and instructional materials do not contain theoretically sound and practically implementable recommendations for the formation of material flow management system adapted to Russian conditions on the consumer-oriented production. In studies done have not found sufficient reflection on the assessment of the state of applications and management efficiency in the production of material flows. There is a lack of policy and institutional tools implementing solutions in the management of material flows. The need of theoretical justification, to develop practical proposals to build a system of material flows, the availability of many outstanding scientific and methodological issues its organization and functioning in the modern workplace have identified the selection of the theme, goals, objectives, structure and main directions of research.

A summary of the current state of work

In graduate study concluded that the best results can achieve those engineering corporation, which will use the concept of integrated logistics to enable the manager to join forces personnel companies, their structural units and logistics partners for major cross-cutting management and related flows in the integrated structure of business: design -- Procurement - production - distribution - selling. The principles and methods of this approach should be aimed at obtaining optimal solutions, in particular minimizing the overall logistics costs. The main factors applying an integrated approach author highlights the following: the separation of questions of distribution, production management and supply enterprises could lead to disagreements between the functional areas and relevant units, which impedes the optimization system as a whole; between production and marketing in this industry there are numerous contradictions. Joining the system is the most productive way of resolving them; system requirements and information management to have a unified nature and apply to all types of logistics operations. The challenge is to optimal coordination at the operational level, linking the various claims arising in the logistics system. Thus, material flow management system is defined as a system based on an integrated approach that will create a real possibility of functional areas of logistics through the coordination of actions carried out by independent parts logistics systems that share common responsibilities in the management reserves the task of enhancing the effectiveness of machine-building enterprises.

The economic situation in Ukraine and developing markets require improved governance principles and mechanisms to mediate production enterprises. In this regard, the author has studied the problem of efficient management of stock and suggest ways to address methodological and practical challenges of its implementation at the plant, conducted an in-depth analysis of stock trading and procurement companies. The problem of effective management of stock for companies carrying out trade and procurement activities is complex and includes several components: the problem of accounting and statistical processing of quantitative assortment of goods with non-conformity markings and product manufacturer (supplier) and consumer; wide range of goods has led to increased commodity stocks while reducing turnover, resulting in a surplus of some goods and other unwarranted deficit; lack of marketing and procurement of goods; lack of quality reporting on the movement of stock and sales, which does not quickly make decisions to optimize their product range. To address these issues appropriate to implement activities aimed, primarily, analyst at the commodity flow: the formation of commodity-market Branch to obtain reliable statistical information, the formation of the rules when entering the names of the goods to your system; analysis and optimization of product portfolio; analysis of the causes of incoherence marketing and procurement of goods, organizing their effective interaction, develop methods to improve the functionality of reports that promote accelerate decision-making in the management of stocks; formulation assignments for IT-department, contributing to the effectiveness of management decisions; training methods optimization and forecasting range, as well as methods of analysis using an integrated method. Thus, the proposed complex analytical activities improves the organization of trade flows in the enterprise, taking into account the conditions and peculiarities of the implementation of its operating activities, and also allows to achieve efficiency and flexibility of production to ensure timely delivery of cash assets in the required number of points needed with minimum cost of implementation this process; satisfy the need for rapid adjustment to a release of new products and to maintain the minimum possible level of stock, integration stages procurement, production and marketing into a single materialoprovodyaschuyu system capable of adequately respond to the demands of the external environment.
