REFERAT

THEME URGENCY

         One of most effective of various systems of fastening of files of rocks is anchoring roofing. Anchors with mechanical locks have played a main role revolutions in the American mining industry in 1950th years. For the first time àíêåðíàÿ roofing has found mass application in 1947 in the United States where its working out was stimulated with the Mountain bureau of the USA for the purpose of decrease in number of the accidents caused, a roof collapse. Less than for two years àíêåðíàÿ êðåïü has entered into daily practice of the American mining industry. In 1949 this way of fastening was used more than in 200 mines, and in 1952 consumption of anchors has reached 25 million pieces. Now in a mining industry of the USA it is spent about 120 million anchors for fastening about 25000 km layers developments of rectangular section. By estimations of the Mountain bureau more than 90 % of an underground coal mining in the USA were made under the roof fixed by anchors. As a result of a recognition and a wide circulation anchoring roofing in the coal-mining industry the number of failures was considerably reduced, and productivity has essentially increased. Besides, thanks to absence of racks and other similar elements êðåïè ventilation has been considerably improved. Thus, anchoring roofing it has been recognised by rather effective and at the same time inexpensive means of fastening. So, for example, at use anchoring roofing, the economy of expenses makes 250-350 dollars on 1 m of development in comparison with arch roof.
         Advantages anchoring roofing are decrease in requirement for warehousing and transportation of materials, improvement of ventilation of developments, owing to removal from them superfluous obstacles, reduction of the sizes of the development necessary for maintenance of the set area of cross-section section, the big freedom of movement of the self-propelled equipment without risk to take down roofing, and also insignificant expenses on maintenance established to fix.
         The analysis of the actions directed on prevention drops-out, and also preliminary tests have shown, that one of effective ways of increase of stability of a direct roof is its advancing reinforcing anchoring the cores fixed in hole foaming foam. Till now, questions connected with definition durability anchor characteristics, are studied insufficiently, and applied methods of calculation and a choice of parameters anchoring roofing do not consider specific features of its work in the conditions of an operating clearing face. Application anchoring roofing without the named factors cannot give expected result or will lead to the excessive expense material and a manpower at prevention of collapses of a roof. It defines an urgency of research of work anchoring roofing in clearing faces.

The work purpose:

         - Research anchoring roofing and an establishment of its optimum parametres for various mountain-geological conditions of operation in mines.
         - to establish parametres of technology of maintenance of unstable breeds of a roof anchoring roofing and to develop practical recommendations about their choice in the concrete it is mountain-specifications.
         - to spend corresponding laboratory experiences and to draw conclusions of features of deformation of the pedigree file containing developments with anchoring roofing by fastening depending on an installation site of anchors on a contour and parametres of anchoring by means of models from equivalent materials.
         - to conduct tests in mine conditions, to remove indicators, to process results.

Research problems:

         - An establishment of laws of deformation of an anchor with a pedigree file of mountain development;
         - working out of an engineering method of calculation of an anchor on bearing ability; - definition of optimum parametres anchoring roofing in preparatory mountain developments;
         - to reveal efficiency anchors and anchoring roofing fastenings in mountain-geological conditions of operating mines.

Research methods:

         Because application anchor fastenings in mine conditions difficult also is problematic, tests are spent in laboratory conditions. The analysis and generalisation of references, mathematical and physical modelling.

Scientific novelty of researches consists in an establishment:

         - Interrelations of parametres of anchoring with degree of stability of strengthened rocks;
         - optimum values of parametres anchoring roofing for concrete conditions of a clearing face;
         - in use in calculations by definition of bearing ability of an anchor of factors of a stock on loading and dynamism that will allow to secure a collapse of a roof of development.

Practical value of work consists that:

         - Its results allow to raise reliability of work anchoring roofing;
         - as a result of successful tests, results can be used at drawing up of passports of fastening of developments of operating mines.

Validity and reliability of scientific results proves to be true::

         - Positive results of tests anchors devices in various mountain-geological conditions of mine;
         - Satisfactory coincidence of results analytical and experimental researches.
