1. Introduction, topicality
In Donetsk there are 92 postal telegraphic offices, 4 post offices and 2 production sections. There are 535 postmen, 262 operators. Donetsk post-office, Ukrainian state enterprise of mail service “Ukrpochta” delivers mail to more than 200 thousand subscribers, and pensions to 180 thousand pensioners. Every day post-office workers deliver more than 27 thousand letters. They also sort outgoing letters to all countries of the world. They process about 500 thousand letters monthly.
Every year Donetsk post-office processes 25 mln post deliveries. In order to lighten their work and to determine by integrated assessment the efficiency of post offices operation there has been developed the present informational-analytical model.
The idea of the research lies in the analysis and use of the models of integrated assessment of post offices operation to create informational-analytical system, adapted to various kinds of Donetsk post-offices activity.
2. Aims and tasks
The aim of the master’s degree work is to create informational-analytical system for integrated assessment of “Ukrpochta” post-offices operation.
The tasks of the research:
- to analyze the current models of integrated assessment of post-offices activity and on its basis to choose the most efficient one;
- to collect data of post offices and to carry out comparative analysis;
- to develop a model of integrated assessment of post-offices activity by definite indicators which allow to assess the operating efficiency;
- to develop informational-analytical system for integrated assessment of post-offices activity in a form of a program, supposed to be used in the process of Ukrpochta operation.
3. Scientific novelty
Scientific novelty is in the following:
- analysis and use of models of integrated assessment of post-offices activity by definite indicators, which allow to assess the operating efficiency for Donetsk;
- development of the model of integrated assessment of post-offices activity by definite indicators, which allow to assess the operating efficiency;
- development of informational-analytical system for integrated assessment of post-offices activity in a form of a program supposed for use in the process of Ukrpochta operation.
4. Conclusion
Thus, there have been analyzed the existing methods of integrated assessment of Donetsk post-offices activity and developed informational-analytical system for integrated assessment of post-offices activity in a form of a program supposed for use in the process of Ukrpochta operation.
