Actuality

        Every product in the machine building, which is supplied to the internal and external market in the conditions of hard competition, must have the new level of properties and must satisfy the requirements, which are demanded by potential users to functional, economic and aesthetic properties. Therefore primary purpose in development of machine building is a permanent improvement of products quality. One of the directions of product improvement is increase of machining accuracy of its surfaces, which influences on functional and aesthetic qualities of product. It must be accomplished in the most economical ways. The questions of details machining optimization attract attention of the researchers and production workers during the continuous period of time. Implementation of machining operations is related to process of automatic control. It should be noted, that the theory and practice of the ordinary cutting, methods of calculation and designing, numerical control machines, adaptive and optimizing systems are widely reported in literature, but systematized works about cutting on indicated equipment do not exist.

Aims and tasks

        Purpose of this work is the research of cutting optimum modes management for increasing of machined surfaces accuracy and decreasing of product prime price due to the minimization of tool deterioration, production spoilage and prime time of detail machining during the work on the cutting optimum modes.

Basic concepts about the automatically managed processes of cutting

        Purpose of this work is the research of cutting optimum modes management for increasing of machined surfaces accuracy and decreasing of product prime price due to the minimization of tool deterioration, production spoilage and prime time of detail machining during the work on the cutting optimum modes. Basic concepts about the automatically managed processes of cutting Providing of high accuracy of details manufacturing of modern machines at the use of ordinary methods of cutting and abrasive machining is interfaced with high financial costs, high labour-intensiveness and related to slowdown of machining productivity. Traditional methods of this task decision, such as an increase of inflexibility and accuracy of machine-tools, application of multipass machining, have already exhausted themselves in great extent in the present time. Lately problem of high accuracy providing during maximum productivity reaching is successfully decided by application of cutting unstationary processes, which are made on numerical control machines by the systems of adaptive and optimizing control of cutting motions, which regulate the terms of work. Cutting process is determined by the type of the machined material and cutting modes above all things; at the ordinary cutting these parameters are unchanged in the machining process. However, such methods of machining, which carried out with the variable values of these parameters, even at implementation of row of model operations, began more widely applied, for example, during profiling operation of difficult form surfaces, butt and vibration cutting. The unstationary process of cutting becomes more widespread during development of numerical control machines.

Conclusion

        The problems, which solutions are needed for successful development of works on the systems of machining automatic control and including the adaptive systems: calculation of basic parameters of control system (stability, accuracy, operating speed), providing of system of automatic control by the managed drives and executive mechanisms, sensors, strengtheners, etc., were defined as a result of a brief review and research work. The choice of algorithm of control system must have been decided taking into account performance characteristics of designed machine-tool and machining process in order to achieve the real technical and economic effect. The methods of choice of optimum algorithms of machining management are not developed presently. Frequently these results in the inefficient choice of objects for the equipment of system of automatic control. Withal, as experience shows, the reasonable and rational application of system of automatic control dramatically allows to increase accuracy and machining productivity, reduce its cost. It is necessary to understand that the use of system of automatic control must result in essentially new engineering decisions during machine-tools designing.
