Features of electricity 10-storey office building in Istanbul

1.Baseline data for the design of the SEA office building

   The aim of the project to design the optimal system (SES) 10-storey office building in Istanbul (Turkey), with regard to national requirements for the SES of these facilities.

   The adopted scheme of electricity an office building to provide the desired degree of reliability of electricity supply facilities designed and the quality of electric energy, have the necessary feasibility studies.

   Elektropriemniki of the office building relate to the consumer category II with respect to reliability.(1)

   The initial data for the project are:

   - Floor plan of situational premises located in elektropriemnikami;
   - The data on installed capacity elektropriemnikov, modes of work and appointment process;
   - Information on possible sources of food.

   The composition of the project includes design, explanatory memorandum and a graphic part.

   In a memorandum of settlement and reflected the characteristics of elektropriemnikov, system requirements power supply of office buildings, the requirements of normative documents for proektrovaniya.

   Brief description of electrical office building.

   Office building consists of:

   - 9-storeys (from 1 st to 9 th floor);
   - 10-floor technical.
   - Office space for various purposes from 1 st to 9 th floor of the number and location of facilities at these same levels.

   Each of the 9-floors include:

   - 2 multi-office;
   - The total office space;
   - Community facilities (technical room, three toilets, kitchen, two corridors and landing).

   A detailed statement of premises from 1 st to 9 th floor (for example, 7-th floor) is given in Table 1.1.

   Besides, all electric water pumps, equipment, installation of two elevators and a general air conditioning building located at the technical level.

   Thus the bulk of the electrical load is spent on building electric lighting.

   The possible sources of power for the office of the building are two sections of tires 10kV distribution point RP-5421, located in the north-east of the building at a distance of 550 meters. Power short circuit in the specified sections of the tires is Skz = 70mVA.

   A possible site for the location of the complete transformer substation is located in the courtyard of an office building at a distance of 70 meters (along the possible construction of power cables in the ground).
