Uses of innovations substantially influences on economical development of a country in the direction of acceleration of structural alteration of economy, also it increases its competitiveness, investment attractiveness and providing of financial safety of country, in the world economic system. Fixing of innovative pattern of economic growth in Ukraine is a necessary condition of its subsequent dynamic development and integration in outer economic space. Therefore all greater attention spared to creation of favorable terms for development of innovative processes.
Theoretical principles of research of influence of innovative processes on the economy grow are stopped up in works of the known scientists, such as M. Kondratyeva, D. Clarck, D. Nort, Santo, B.Twiss, M. Tugan-Baranovsky, R.Nelson, G. Freedman, K. Freeman, I. Shumpeter etc. In Ukraine and postsocialistic countries this course was taken by scientists, like V. Alexandrova, U. Bazgal, L. Bezchasny, S. Valdaicev, A. Galcinscy, V. Geec, N. Goncharova, A. Greenev, M. Danko, G. Dobrov, E. Egorov, P. Zavlina, S. Ilienkova, N. Ivanova, V. Karpov, M. Krypka, B malicky, L. Ogoleva, O. Popovic, V. Soloviev, E. Ytkina, G. Fathutdinov, D. Chervanev. S. Kravchenko, V. Hobta, V. Yakovlev etc. Among the modern researches. That enlight the different aspects of the theory and practice of financial supply of science and innovations, there are scientists, like O. Sgilinscy, O. Kondrashov, O. Lapko, S. Onishko, V. Osecky. The urgency of the specified questions, necessity of their profound research have caused a choice of a theme of dissertational work, have outlined the purpose and the research problem.
This work applies connections with research of subjects like enterprise economy, management, finances of enterprise, innovational policy.
Obtained in the process of scientific research results together solve important scientific task - the development of theoretical and practical principles of the functioning of the financial support of innovation activity in Ukraine, in particular:
-based on analysis of the status and characteristics of the financing of innovation activity in Ukraine a coordinated approach on the formation and functioning of its financial support with the actual trends of the national economy.
-improve: identification of components of the system of financial innovation in the direction of their organization and specification of the content.
-proposed: a system of criteria for determining priority funding areas of innovation and choice of methods of financing innovation.
Actuality is grounded in introduction, a purpose and task of research is formulated, a scientific novelty and practical value of the got results of research is represented. In the first section - “General theoretical principles of pricing on products” the value of innovations is investigational in economic development of country, certainly economic essence of innovations and innovative activity as objects of financing general theoretic questions are considered financing of innovative sphere in the conditions of transformation economy, a necessity and features of financing of innovative activity is exposed.
In the second section - “Pricing for innovative products of industrial enterprises of Ukraine and its peculiarities in terms of transforming society” the features of innovative activity are investigational on the industrial enterprises of Ukraine; the tendencies of financing of innovative activity are analysed; a place and role of income and depreciation decrees is certain in the structure of facilities for providing of innovative processes. Considerable attention is spared to the questions of government control of innovative activity.
In the third section - “Destinations improved pricing innovative products in Ukraine” formulated to recommendation in relation to perfection of methods of financial stimulation of innovative activity in Ukraine.
