My name is Kogteva Olena. I was born October 3, 1987 in Donetsk, Donetsk region, in the family of servants. Father, Kogtev Mihail, chief technologist of "Donetskugol". Mother, Kogteva Natali, engineer in "Ukrogneupor". Brother, Kogtev Sergei, concreter works in the construction of "Donstroy".
In 1990 I went to kindergarten "Zvezdochka". I was a permanent participant of the concert programs for parents of kindergarten.
I went to school in 1994. The school attained the status of the gymnasium in 2002. Ten years in this school have passed quickly, but left an indelible impression on the well-held time. In this school works the best teachers, which I am very grateful. Special thanks Pokusaeva Irina for her guidance during the seven years of study in high school. Mathematics was my favorite subject. I have been visited additional employments on mathematics since 9 to 11 class. These employments were named mathematical college. They were organized by the Donetsk National University at our school. I finished the complete course of these mathematical courses and got a diploma with an estimation "good".
I was engaged in dancing at school. And now I like it too. Also I like to spend my free time with my friends, to go to the cinema and theatre.
I finished school in 2004. In the same year I entered the Donetsk national technical university (DonNTU) on the faculty of "Economy and management", speciality "Economy of enterprise (specialization coal industry)". I did this choise on parents advice. This specialization allows to work at the mine as well as large firms. Learning at this special is interesting and exciting, but certainly there are also problems. After four years of study in the university I received qualification of the bachelor. At present I’m master DonNTU.
The theme of the master's work: Organizational and economic mechanisms of innovative technology development company. The scintific headmaster is professor Lysyakov V. He is a specialist in the investment and innovation activity of enterprises. Choice of masters work theme is conditioned by meaning fulness of coal industry for Ukraine, and also by problems, existing in it. The most bright impressions in time of studies in the university is excursion on mine, new acquaintances, which rendered strong influence on becoming of my personality.
After graduating the university I am going to begin professional activity an industrial enterprise in the management device and obtain growing by career. I do not want to connect my future with scientific activity, but I am really sure, that I will engaged in a self-education all my future professional life.
