Urgency of subject. The decisions of problems of stabilization and revival of economy of Ukraine, development of innovative potential of industrial enterprise depend on effective work of a banking system which is the important element of market economy in any country. Short-term and long-term crediting, investment and a number of other services which carry out banks, promotes functioning of the enterprises, the organizations and firms, in modern conditions. By the results of the analysis of activity of a banking system it is possible to predict changes of financial, industrial and investment activity of different spheres of economy. Therefore the decision of tasks of perfection of their investment interaction with the enterprises is the important direction which promotes increase of efficiency of management by financial maintenance of introduction of innovations at the enterprise.

The role of banks in financing of innovation activity is described in economic literature. The works of such Ukrainian economists as I. Blank, B. Gubskiy, K. Zullas, A. Moroz, A. Peresada paid attention to this problem . Among the Russian scientists it is necessary to allocate Birmana G. I, Kovaleva V.V., Lipsitsja I.V., Melkumova J.S., Mirkina J.M., Smirnova O. L, Shenaeva V. M's works and others. Among the western economists J. Neumann, O.Mongenshtern, J. M.Keynes, G.Markovits, M.Miller, F.Modiljani, V.Sharp, E.Schneider and others have made an important contribution to working out of these subjects.

The creation of the whole high effectiveness mechanism of providing finances resources of enterprises, regions and Ukraine’s economy demands working out of new principles its formation and development according to the conditions of the transformation period.

The purpose and research tasks. The purpose of this work is working out and further improvement of ways in order to finance innovative activity on the base of the coordination of interests of the enterprises and banks. For realization of this aim following tasks have been delivered:

• to define essence and features of innovative activity;
• to consider forms of financing of innovative activity;
• to specify features of bank financing of the enterprises;
• to define the critical analysis of methods of valuation of the innovative potential;
• to carry out the analysis of tools of financing of the innovative activity;
• to analyse bank methods of financing innovative activity;
• to develop optimum structure of financing of the innovative projects;
• to develop model of interaction of bank and the enterprise.

Object of research - innovative processes which are planned and carried out by banks.

Subject of research are principles and management methods of financing of innovative activity of the enterprises in the conditions of development of market relations.

Research methods. Position of a classical economic theory, work of national and foreign scientists-economists, financiers, lawyers, laws of Ukraine, decrees of the President of Ukraine and other government decisions became a methodological and methodical basis of research.

Scientific value of this work consists in a substantiation of offers concerning perfection of bank financing of innovative activity and formation of model of effective interaction of banks and the enterprises.

The content of Master's work

The first chapter is devoted to theoretic base of innovation activity. The basic forms of financing of innovations, including at the state level are found out. Features of bank financing of innovative activity are determined. In the second chapter innovative potential of Ukraine’s enterprises is analyzed. Efficiency of bank financing of innovative activity in comparison with other sources of investment of the enterprises is analyzed. The third chapter formulates recommendations concerning working out of the mechanism of effective investment interaction of banks and the enterprises.
