The rational use of material resources and reduction of expense of energy can become one of ways of decision of this problem, attaining it is possible optymyzyrovav indexes of melting, conducting the row of calculations and drawing certain conclusions. AEF are the moschneyshye users of electric power, in this connection it is needed to try to decrease their energy consumption. Automation of management by the electric mode is effective direction of decision of this problem, that allows to shorten the electric and thermal losses. Comparative indexes over of thermal balance of smelting are often brought in literature became in different arc stoves on the basis of which conclusion is drawn about efficiency one or another aggregate . However direct comparison of «raw» indexes (without account of material balances and other factors) not always adequately reflects descriptions thermal work actually stoves, as on arrival and expense to part of balanñe the sa substantial influencing is rendered by distinction of terms of work of stoves, for example, due to different indexes, this there will be on the go attempts to minimize this error entering different sort of amendment. |
