Biography

I was born on 5, February, 1987 in the city of Donetsk. My family consists of mother, father, a junior sister and she-cat Motya. My parents are sure, that Motya is the senior child in the family.

Because my mother and father had been working most of their time, my sister and I were brought up by our grandmother as her profession was Pedagogy and she was really a born Teacher. So I used to be disciplined maybe from my birth. When I was 2 years old I mastered the alphabet and tried even to read. My sister and I actively ignored Kindergarten and we spent there not more than two weeks. But it was quite enough for us to hate cooked semolina and «a quiet hour» – afternoon sleeping.

I went to my first grade having a complete armour kit – I could read and write. Studying at school was easy and merrily, until I got known that this process would be lasting for 10 years. When it occurred to me that there are holidays during school period that news improved the situation a little bit. In summer my sister and I left for the second grandmother for holidays. We were preparing for this event with complete responsibility: our things were already collected by the beginning of May. I was taught at the school ¹ 62 for 6 months and then entered the secondary special musical school at Conservatory named after S. S. Prokofiev. It happened to be the end of my carefree childhood as I started learning music and there were daily exercises for mastering the piano. Torments did not pass in vain - in 1997 I became the Laureate of the Ukrainian Competition of Young Pianists. But after a while I understood I’ll never be a teacher of music (I have no nerves for those children) so I decided to change my life cardinally. I can not say that changes passed painlessly - it is difficult to leave music for mathematics. In spring 2001 I wrote rating tests for to enter Donetsk College - to my surprise and horror I was enlisted in the class for physics and mathematics. In September of the same year I was already carrying a proud rank of a College member. It was a bright period in my life: acquaintance with students and remarkable teachers, participating in producing of English clips, playing bridge, Students’ Presidential Council. But it seemed not sufficient to me - for complete happiness I began to develop jazz and vaudeville vocal, have classes in ballroom dances and English. So there is much to remember.

The time to choose my future profession came up to me in my 11-th grade. Parents assured that the first education must be «normal», i.e. technical (my mother and father graduated from Donetsk Polytechnic Institute). I agreed with my parents’ persuasions and successfully passed ratings in DonNTU (Donetsk National Technical University – former DPI). I made my choice of specialty in the same way most students did - «just because it sounded great». My group turned to be merry and noisy, that’s why even bore objects passed unnoticed. Besides, yet there was time for vocal, dances, and English (on the 3-d course I got FCE Certificate). Thus, all 5 years passed – almost unnoticed, with no problems.

Future

Everybody can draw plans item by item, but in life everything will be placed differently. Therefore I can say only one thing: «The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their own dreams». And I certainly believe - my dreams soon will come true!
