Short biography:

Childhood

I was born on 24th of June, 1987 in Donetsk. My father is Firsov Alexander Vasilevich, my mother is Tarasenko Elena Dmitrievna. My elder sister is Larissa. Taking the opportunity I want to say thanks to my parents.

When I was one year old my family move to Germany, Ratenov, where we had been leaving for four years.

While a child I attended a huge variety of circles. At 5 years old I took up gymnastics, at 6 - choreography at Palace of Pioneers. We performed frequently and I was greatly impressed by the dance “Chiky-Briky”. Also, I attended a chess club. And I was 6 years old I took part in a competition and won a game of chess.

When I was 5 I enrolled to English circle. We learnt plenty of poems, English songs, performed fairy tales and different sketches and as a result, our performances were always vivid and fascinating. When we became older we had conferences.

I have been playing the piano since I was 6. I used to sing in public at school evenings. When I was 10 I applied for the admission to musical school # 4. I could play the piano well but most of all I liked the solfeggio. My favourite musical composition is “Feelings” by Mouris Albert. Unfortunately I have dropped my musical school because it was hard for me to combine it with my education. But now I still keep playing the piano and learning new compositions.

School

In 1994 I was sent to school # 12. Since I was on my first year I had been studying all subjects in Ukrainian. It was difficult at first but soon we got used to it and we liked it very much. My favourite subjects were Mathematics, Chemistry, English and Informatics. I took part in different contests and competitions.

When I was 8 I took up embroidery. I have made a great variety of handicrafts. My works were displayed on exhibitions and were aworded lots of diplomas. At spear time I like making handicrafts and pictures. Most of all I like embroidering in techniques of dagger and rishelie.

When I was 9 years old I used to attend the drawing circle. I have always liked drawing in pencil. I had enough skills to apply for the admission to artistic school, but I did not have time for it.

At the age of 10 years I attended circle where we were making applications, neating, leather figures, artificial flowers, toys and animals from neating.

Also, I attended swimming pool, volleyball and nature circle.

Being a pupil of the ninth form I won the region contests in Ukrainian language. And so I did when I was a pupil of  tenth form and participated in Donetsk region contests. Being in my 11th year I developed the web site of my class which gave rise to the contest  named “Create your own web site”. But I was the only participant. In 2004 I left school with honours.

University

In 2004 I applied for the admission to Donetsk National Technical University. That was my parents who helped me to choose the University. I chose the speciality of Economical cybernetics as my favourite subject is Mathematics. During my studying I participated in different conferences. My favourite university subjects are High Mathematics, Probability Theory, Operations Research, Financial Mathematics, Economical Cybernetics and Economical Dynamics Simulation.

When I was in my fourth year I enrolled to English course at Donetsk National University, where I have been studying for two years and I am going to continue my education. I want to tender thanks to Kurdina Eugenia Sergeevna.

In 2008 I received Bachelor diploma with honours and applied for the admission to Master program. When I was a second year student I chose Dmitrieva Olga Anatolievna as my scientific supervisor. The theme of my master’s work is “Dynamic System Simulation in Economics”. Nowadays ecomonomics is developing unstably, prices are increasing rapidly, currency is not hard, crisis is permanent. The new approaches based on mathematical simulation should be used to adjust economical situation. That is why I have chosen the theme connected with economics improvement and I want to find a right application to it.

Future plans

After graduating from University I want to find an interesting and helpful job. Another very important thing for me is to put knowledge of English into perfection and take FCE, CAE and CPE exams. When I know English well enough, I am going to learn French and Spanish. I want to travel a lot.
