Actuality of theme

In the complicated conditions, boring mining holes, related to absorption of washing liquid in permeable areas, results in considerable economic losses. In spite of the fact that the volume of borings works on coal deposits of Donbassa went down sharply, the general structure of balance of non-productive losses during their leadthrough did not change practically. Now, the economic revival of country contacts with development of coal industry, timed to the coal deposits, objectively the volumes of the reconnaissance-operating boring drilling will grow in the conditions of absorption of washing liquid, that will result in the decline of technician-economic indexes of borings works which are conducted at crossing of permeable areas of technogenic character.

Purpose and tasks of developments and researches

The purpose of master's degree work is development of recommendations, to the concrete object of conduct of works, allowing operatively in all of spectrum of terms application of the pulsating washing on this object to give a prognosis on the degree of cleaning of washing liquid from shlama. The border equivalent diameter of hard particle will settle accounts for this purpose, and built dependences on which it is possible operatively to forecast the size of factions of shlama, collected shlama in a slime pipe at the pulsating washing for the different terms of the boring drilling on this object.

Test of work

On the topic of master's degree work a lecture was presented on IX by the Allukrainian student scientifically - to the technical conference science «Day - 2009» in Donetsk, on April, 23, 2009, which was conducted on the department of technology and technique of geological survey works of the Donetsk national technical university (DonNTU).

Basic of contents of work

Providing of cleaning of liquid from shlama into a mining hole pulsating washing in the conditions of absorption of water presents a very important task. It is caused that from torn of hydraulic contour of permeable area it is impossible to take away shlam an ascending stream on a daily surface, for the subsequent dissociating from a liquid in the chamfer system or receiver for a liquid. Therefore to settle shlam going to the slime pipe, and other - circulates with a constantly increasing concentration, contaminates and to do heavier boring solution. It results in worsening of work and to wear instrument, instrumental in power-hungryness of process, to the increase of destruction of mountain breeds, probability of tripping of to the wellsite instrument is increased, provokes further absorption of liquid because of increase of its hydrostatical pressure at the level of permeable area, reduces work to load technological equipment in a muddy environment. Consequently, it is necessary to provide the maximally possible decline of concentration of shlama in a liquid due to expansion of that part of hard phase which will going in a slime pipe.

Presently on the department of TTGR conducted research on moving of shlama in the pulsating stream of liquid.

Most interest is presented by motion of particle with an equal vertical constituent on passive and active part of work of pulsation pump. It divides all of hard phase in size of factions on taken away and settling in the outward slime pipe of part, therefore it is a criterion, dividing all of hard phase to direction of motion.

Conclusions

Utillizing the dependences (while not resulted, because now iagisterskaya work is in the stage of development, after December, 2009 the complete text of work can be got for an author or scientific leader of work) got during implementation of works will be utillized for operative prognostication of degree of cleaning of washing liquid from shlama, as it applies to the terms of object of borings works which they are expected for.
