The Article is dedicated to point of the standard-improvements lawfully and geodesic guaranteeing performing the cadastre of water to finance lands in process workable studies water fat of the fund for natural and artificial pond. Komponentnaya structure of the water lands of the fund is terminated particularly littoral defensive zone.
The Analysis normative- legal regulation in use and protection of the land, which were organized, were resolved to define the way on improvement normative-legislative base as that regulation of the land of the conditions of the water lands of the fund.
