Ground of theme actuality

With development and wide introduction of an information technology more and more necessary there is a creation of electronic databases, storage and delivery of the data on monitoring in a format accessible to the computer analysis and processing. For processing and storage of the information collected in reserves, geoinformation systems (GIS) as they allow to include territorial factors in the analysis of the data are ideally suited. Also, creation GIS of nature protection territories is capable to deduce an administrative and economic infrastructure on absolutely new level, by minimization of charges of parts of object and control maximisation over processes in considered system.

Works on designing, working out and introduction are directed to activity of geoinformation system of nature protection territories on creation of the complete software product, allowing to observe of object development, to operate its infrastructure, to carry out predesign of expediency of those or other actions on the organisation of process of work, to keep account and classification of elements of system (a flora and fauna biodiversity, soil covers etc.). Algorithms and architecture of the given system it is planned to use as a base platform for creation GIS of concrete reserved territory.

As object of geoinformation system is the reserved territory the primary goals of work GIS will be:
  • Working out and approbation of the concept of a sustainable development of region.
  • The decision of problems on effective protection of reserved territories.
  • The organization of scientific researches and ecological monitoring.
  • Assistance to ecological formation of the population.
  • Preservation of prirodno-reserved fund.
     
  • Hence a problem of masters work will be construction of universal multi-purpose system which will store and process in the long term great volumes of the various information on concrete nature protection territory in this connection the system structure will be constructed by the information and logical principle, allowing to separate different problems and the information corresponding to them in various structural blocks.

    Working out end result is the appendix which is capable to automate and considerably to accelerate development of works in sphere of nature protection activity of reserved territories, and the algorithm of its work will probably use for creation complex
    GIS in similar industrial spheres. 

    Research prospects

    The projected geoinformation system is as much as possible universal as specificity of nature protection area demands the account of set of small factors for each isolated reserved territory. One of the most perspective decisions, is a set of standard spatial materials (a card грунтов, a variety of flora and fauna, underground waters, environmental conditions etc.) which are imposed against each other and in aggregate with the attributive information in database, form a complete picture of a site of district.

    Construction of algorithms, for modelling of the basic developments of nature protection territories, does possible the automated decision of the general for all reserves of problems of monitoring and planning. Entering in ГИС highly specialised formulas (for each concrete biological kind) allows to carry out profound planning for individual research works in sphere of biology, ecology and reserved business.
