Development of device for the boring drilling of mining holes with the continuous strengthening

This development is intended for the boring drilling of hydrogeological mining holes in soft breeds. The developed device will allow to execute simultaneous with the process of the boring drilling obsadku of mining hole pipes without stopping of serve of liquid during the increase of pipes.
The composition of the device consists of casing 1 with the coupler 2, which is available inside the device to the overlapping cross-section tubes, made in the form of a solid piston 3 with elastic cuffed 4. Piston 3 is enshrined in the clutch 2 latch 5, which are part of a ring slot 6. Difference of upper and lower diameter of the piston creates a ledge 7. On the tube 1 below the clutch 2 is non-return valve 8, to which pressure hose 9. Injection system consists of two hoses 9 and 10 and three-tap 11, through which you can file a washing fluid in a tube. At the lower end of the casing shoe 12 and located hydro-nozzle 13. To build the casing pipe or use a pipe section 14 similar to tube 1.
