PURPOSE OF WORK AND TASKS

Purpose of work is a study of process of unloading-load of friable materials for development of construction of device with enhanceable stability. Task: to develop a construction, providing the productivity more than at the gravity unloading.

ACTUALITY OF THEME

Tasks of increase of economic efficiency different a production is required by the uses of optimum processes on every stage of technological chainlet. In a coke-chemistry production economic power of factory is determined, mainly, by an amount and volume of stoves, but quality of product is formed at all stages of receipt of good. Therefore it is very importantly correct to pick up a necessary equipment for a concrete process. Increase of stability, consequently, and to reliability of work, will result in diminishing of depreciation decrees and outages of equipment.

On many factories, workings with friable materials, raw material acts on the ways of report. For industry of large scales it, as a rule, are railway transportations. According to an enterprise an equipment for unloading of material is needed from carriages.

Besides the considered case, unloading processes take place directly during the technological cycle of factory. For example, unloading from bunkers and silos through different final devices: metering devices, pitateli. Also an unloading process can take place on a conveyer.

For the correct planning or choice of equipment it is necessary to know properties of working discrete material and feature of process.

SCIENTIFIC MEANINGFULNESS

Absence of single model of friable environment testifies to the necessity of more careful study of conduct of such materials. It is necessary for optimization of the designed constructions, because many modern machines do not possess satisfactory stability of work in the process of unloading-load.

Presence of such harmful phenomena as hanging up of material, svodoobrazovanie and stop of equipment testifies to imperfection of some constructions, that pushes slightly to new researches in this direction.

Scientific meaningfulness consists in the leadthrough of researches of influence of correlation of coefficients of internal and external friction to work of unloading-load devices.

PLANNED PRACTICAL RESULTS

Delivery of recommendations is planned after the leadthrough of work on the increase of stability of work of equipment of unloading of friable materials, suggestion of construction for the increase of unloading stability.
