The abstract on a theme of final work


Introduction

        Introduction of innovative technologies and manufacture modernisation are pledge not only successful work, but also the existence of the Ukrainian metallurgy.

       For last decades in process of technology perfection unstoppered spill steels at many metallurgical enterprises modernisation applied at service equipment gates. Instead of originally established cars and the units made by forces of mechanical-repair service, the line, mechanised, high-efficiency lines developed by project institutes are mounted. During operation of the equipment which is a part of a line it not only physically, but also it is morally obsolete. That is the precondition for the offer of new technical decisions.

Theme urgency

       As it is known the personnel serving ladle gates at the metallurgical enterprises, works under trying conditions work that involves the raised level of a traumatism. Hence for simplification of working conditions it makes sense to offer the technical decision on the basis of the analysis of designs of foreign manufacturers of the metallurgical equipment and as considering a number of factors connected with ergonomics of the developed equipment.

       At operation of modern auxiliaries working conditions of workers considerably improve, but also the culture of manufacture raises, on what the emphasis at the metallurgical enterprises of Europe and America for a long time already becomes.

       On the basis of the description of existing designs of manipulators for service gates and as taking into account their merits and demerits the project of the manipulator which is necessary for developing in master to work is offered. The kinematic scheme of the manipulator is resulted in drawing 1.

       The developed manipulator in difference from the manipulator designed by company Veitsch-Radex GmbH has a drive of turn of a column and a drive of the mechanism of moving of working body that allows to facilitate physical activities on the operator of the manipulator serving a shutter. As the given manipulator is deprived such lack as necessity of change of working body (tick capture or capture with adjusting arbor) at performance of operations of extraction or installation of a fire-resistant element. The working body represents symbiosis of two captures set forth above. For simplification of work of a drive of the mechanism of lifting of working body in a column counter-cargo that allows to use a drive of smaller capacity takes places.

The scientific importance and practical value of work

       During performance master the project of the manipulator is planned to develop for service gates of cassette type works. For revealing of all lacks at a manipulator design stage its physical model has been created. It allows to carry out researches in which course it will be possible to compare theoretical knowledge to the laws received in practice.
