Autobiography

Childhood

I was born on April 16, 1988 in Yenakievo . Hooray! My parents (Nicholas and Margaret Andriichenko) work on Yenakievo Metallurgical Factory. I have a brother Sergey. He is five years older. As a child I was curious and restless child. I remember a conversation with a resident of our house. One time I saw him without a hand. This caused a strong surprise, because before then he had two hands. When I asked where was the second arm, he replied with a smile that he left it at home (under the pillow). I couldn’t understand that. Later, my mother explained that it isn’t nice to ask such questions. This man talked with me positively, despite his misfortune.

When I was a child I could not pronounce the letter “r” and my parents transferred me to another kindergarten. There speech therapist taught me to pronounce it. Then I went back and was happy again to see friends. In kindergarten, I received the necessary knowledge for school. Also my father read me books aloud.

School

September 1, 1995 I went to the first class of school # 1. A year later, our class was transferred to the school # 9. There I studied for two more years, then got into Enakievo gymnasium. It was called school # 37 before. Education has become more interesting because of good teachers, though I did not like classes on Saturdays.

George Beregovoy graduated our school; he was a ground-attack pilot, test pilot, astronaut of the USSR # 12. There is his portrait approximately 2 to 2.5 meters in the lobby of the first floor. In our school was the division by main subjects. I studied at the physical-mathematical class; there was also a class with in-depth study of English. In my spare time I worked out karate. After three years, I’ve received the green belt. Then our teacher went to work abroad, and I stopped training. In the junior school I tried to play the violin, but six months later I realized that I'm not interested in it.

My favorite subjects were mathematics, physics and chemistry. I participated in competitions in mathematics, physics, chemistry, computer science, history, and twice in the regional physics competitions. A special gratitude I feel to my teacher in mathematics Larisa Sarri. She is a good person and an excellent teacher. Her electives allowed me to take prizes in competitions and significantly improve my knowledge.

Back in school I decided that my future work should involve programming. For three months I prepared to enter the university using the collection of rating tests DonNTU, and Larisa Sarri explained me the strange moments. On mathematics lessons, we solved problems and many students in our class have shown good results while entering college.

University

On admission to the university, I considered two options DonNTU and KPI. The previos spring in school, I passed the test rating in DonNTU, and gained 50 points out of 60. While choosing a specialty, I chose the “Information Control Systems”, because it suited my preferences - studying of programming. Subsequently, I decided not to take exams in KPI, as training in DonNTU suited me just fine.

First impressions of the university proved to be enjoyable. Nevertheless, the first year of teaching for me was quite complicated. All the preparations for the exercises were mainly focused on implementation of laboratory works in object oriented programming. While studying in the Bachelor each semester I passed examinations in time and received a scholarship. On my opinion, during studying the most useful were the following items: “OOP” (Pascal, C / C), “Programming Technology” (C Builder), “Structured Query Language and SQL-server databases” (MS Access, Visual FoxPro, Microsoft SQL Server), “Development of Web-based systems” (HTML, PHP), it was also useful to study Cache and Visual C.

After receiving bachelor's degree, I decided to enter the magistracy, as it allows me to find paying jobs, gives the prospect of employment abroad, will increase my knowledge.

About the Master's work

The topic of my master's thesis: “Development of Expert System Analysis of Weakly-Structured Problem Situations in Organizational Systems Using Fuzzy Cognitive Maps”. This theme was chosen because it’s urgent now. The survival and success of organizational systems (organizations) in conditions of uncertainty of the future (social, economic, political, ecological instability, stiff competition) depends on the ability of management to anticipate the trends of the situation and generate appropriate strategies for development of the organization. Being developed system will predict the development of complex organizational systems in conditions of uncertainty and weak structuring (deficiency of objective information, which is partly replaced by a subjective vision of the expert).

My science supervisor is a wonderful teacher - Ph.D., assistant professor of ACS Aleksandr Sekirin.

Plans for the Future

In the near future I plan to pass successfully the master's work. I intend to continue improving my skills, find good-paying jobs, which at the same time allows to solve interesting problems and raise my level of knowledge.
