Actuality

A significant redistribution of land provides by reform of land relations. Plots are combined, their configuration changes. Against a background of the rapid growth of cities in Ukraine increases their area , appear new industrial facilities, buildings, highways and other facilities. To solve the problems of the land cadastre the changes of the land situations that were mentioned above must be promptly displayed on the map basis. Surveying and mapping work take place for this purpose.

To carry out these explorations there must be a reliable geodetic basis, construction of which typically associated with modernization and the large amount of surveying work.

Traditional methods of constructing geodetic networks are often too expensive and not always possible to obtain the necessary accuracy of the measurements. This problem can be solved by the construction of satellite networks.

So, now for the effective implementation of cadastral work is exploration and analysis of cadastral works technology actual, which include the use of satellite measurements.

The purpose and objectives

The purpose of master's work - development of technology for the implementation of cadastral works using satellite measurements. According to a master work the following tasks are solved:

1) analysis of existing technologies of geodesic support of the state land cadastre;

2) research of the state geodetic network of Donetsk region;

3) development of the project network of permanent stations of satellite observations on the territory of Donetsk region;

4) economic feasibility of the project network of permanent stations of satellite observations on the territory of Donetsk region.

The main idea of master's work

The main idea of master's work is to establish on the territory of Donetsk region the network of permanent reference stations. The measurement results obtained on these stations can be used as a data base of conventional receivers. In this case to perform the measurements the user will be required only one set of satellite equipment, the so-called rover receiver. The data base on the receiver he is interested in will be available on the website of the system.

The method of achieving

The objective of the work achieved by simulation and the method of analogy. As an analogue of the performance of work has been selected network of reference GPS-stations of the Kharkiv region.

The object and subject of research

The object of research is a network of continuously operating reference stations. Subject of research - technology of making network of permanent reference stations, the method of measurement using a network of permanent reference stations.

Scientific novelty

At this point in the Donetsk region there is no precedent of such a network, therefore, master's work within the area has a novelty. The results of the master's work can be used in the learning process.

Expected results of the work

The expected results of master's work is a developed project of placement of the network of permanent reference stations in the Donetsk region, as well as the technique of making cadastral works through a network of continuously operating reference stations.

The main content of the work

The networks of reference stations of satellite observations in practice showed that they effectively solve the problem of creating supply for geodetic surveying, geodetic and cartographic works. Therefore, these networks currently exist in many countries in Europe and other parts of the world. Examples of such technology is a satellite system for accurate positioning in Germany (SAPOS), Switzerland (SWIPOS, AGNES), Sweden (SWEPOS), USA (CORS). Active permanent GNSS network is also in Israel (ARN).

Surrounding us European countries, which have a permanent stations of satellite observations - is Slovakia (SKPOS), Czech Republic (CZEPOS), Austria (APOS), Germany (SAPOS) and Poland (ASG-EUPOS)..

In Ukraine was created such a land-based system in Transcarpathia - ZAKPOS. Such a project was implemented in the Kharkiv region.

As an example on the Kharkiv region we consider the technology for a similar project.

Currently the Kharkov region has its own network segment of reference and GPS-stations. It consists of 5 working around the clock dual-frequency stations. Interval of data recording is 1 sec, which allows users of geodetic GPS-receivers to perform data processing at any time of day, both inside the network and outside (within 20-30 km from the separate stations).

ОThe system allows users to work in post-processing mode, RTK-mode and post-processing VRS, receiving the results of measurements with an accuracy of few centimeters. In this data processing can be carried out independently by the user with the use of obtained RINEX-files and files of VRS through the Internet site of the system. Also be contacted by e-mail with a support group, you can order processing of measurement data center by professionals.

Equipment for the reference stations is selected from the sort of that did not require the use of computers and, consequently, the operators at the station itself. The data transmission of observations from reference stations should take place without the intervention of the operator directly to the computer center through a communication link.

Construction of reference stations includes selection and installation of GNSS antennas, cabling from the antenna to a special cabinet where GNSS receiver with communication equipment and connection to the last line Internet connection available.

Stages of the project:

  1. the definition of system architecture;
  2. selection of equipment for installation on the base station (BS);
  3. selection and development of software required to operate the system;
  4. implementation of data transmission between the control stations (CS) and the processing center;
  5. coupling to BCs to coordinate systems that are used in Ukraine;
  6. a way of providing services to the end user.

Also important point is the choice of methodology survey: choice of mode, time of accumulation of information on the point.

The structure of high-precision geodetic measurements includes the following elements:

  1. a network of base stations;
  2. communication channels;
  3. the control center and processing;
  4. Server (Internet);
  5. users NGTs.Net .

The structure of the system shown in Fig. 1.

Conclusions

At this point in the Donetsk region there is no station of satellite observations, which would quickly and accurately perform the majority of surveying and topographic surveying. It is therefore proposed to develop a permanent reference stations of satellite observations for the territory of Donetsk region.

Important! At the time of writing Autosummary master work was not yet completed. Accomplishment is planned for the end of 2010. The final text of the work and related materials may be obtained from the author's work after the deadline.
