Summary of research and developments

        According to technological conditions and for observance of norms of a gassed condition in mine trunks and in faces fans are applied to a purge and carrying out of mine air on a surface. Rather high and constant, without dependence from a season, the temperature of this air – to +25 ºС, does by its attractive source of power savings, besides given air, passing through coal layers, is sated with methane, in a percentage parity to 1 %. Approximately such maintenance of methane has 80 % of ventilating air thrown out in atmosphere.
In the given work possibility of recycling and a reuse of fulfilled mine air for needs of the mine boiler-house located in immediate proximity from a ventilating trunk is considered.
For reduction of expenses on fuel resources it is possible to consider following variants of application of mine air in the conditions of the astable price policy as on world, and the internal Ukrainian power market:
-          to warm up feedwater before its giving in heat supply system, and also the water used for hot water supply;
-          to use warm mine air for an intensification of burning of fuel (it is direct in a copper fire chamber);
-          to save fuel at the expense of methane containing in mine air.

    For realisation of the given power saving up actions it is necessary to spend following works:

1) installation of system of a flexible air line from the mine fan to a boiler-house;
2) a choice and heat exchanger installation;
3) providing of access of mine air directly to torches of coppers.

        The mine boiler-house on which base it is possible to introduce the given project, is heating, consists of three coppers ДКВР 10-13 (the first designates paro - productivity, т/ч; the second - pressure of steam in a copper drum, kgs/sm2). Two coppers constantly work; the expense of natural gas makes 1105 m3/ch; The temperature of mine air in front of the heat exchanger makes +24 degrees of Celsius.

    For realisation of actions it is necessary:
 1. To choose the heat exchanger for what it is necessary to define water and air expenses through it, and also its thermal capacity;
 2. To choose an air line, considering distance from the mine fan to a boiler-house;
 3. To choose the fan for maintenance of tap of necessary quantity of air from a stream of the main mine fan .

        Economic benefit it is reached for the account:
- heating of the feedwater arriving in a copper, for completion of losses of water in a network. At heating of water on 10 degrees the relative economy of fuel will make: 1,54 %
- the ec
- the economy of fuel at the expense of methane containing in mine air allows to lower quantity burnt in a fire chamber of coppers of natural gas on 9,7 %.

    As a result, the total economy of fuel can make (at the annual expense of natural gas in mine boiler equal 20 million м3):

                                                            Вэк = 20 ∙ (1 - (1 – 0,0154) ∙ (1 – 0,015) ∙ (1 – 0,097)) = 2,485 million м3.

    The described actions are среднезатратными and highly effective as pay off during one heating period.

    Thus, the variant of partial recycling of mine air set forth above with use of its heat for needs of a boiler-house in a complex answers variety of questions:

– economic: economy of fuel (natural gas), reduction of consumption of natural resources by rationalisation of consumption of fuel;

– ecological: at economy исчерпаемого a fuel kind – natural gas negative influence decreases for environment, including from considerable emission of the warmed-up air in atmosphere;

– social: observance of a full series of measures directed on safety of health and ability to live of the person.
