Task of mining volumes increasing as a main power medium of country stipulates the necessity of new barrels and increasing of operating reliability of existent mine fund.

Conducted analysis of driving data 210 and repairing of 98 barrels showed, that three dominants determine belonging of technical and economic indexes of building and exploitation of barrels: driving quality, fastening quality and quality of exploitation. Practice shows that the hydro-geological terms of building and exploitation of barrels have a substantial influence on the indicated descriptions. Especially it is expressed in conditions of barrels building, when achieves 10 cubic meters/h and more. With the increase of scale influence of water inflow of arrays which are intersected by barrels, substantially complicate the technological processes of driving and fastening barrels, the periods of their building are increased in time, meaningfulness of exposure of untapped potential possibilities rises in providing the protracted work of barrels.

Thus, the scientific and technical issue of the day is a substantiation of physical and technical and organizational bases of intensive technologies of building of mine barrels in rocks with enhanced water inflow.

Aims and tasks of master's degree work

The purpose of master's degree work is substantiation of technical and technological decisions on the increasing of solidity and hydro- insulating properties of concrete lining of barrels, erected in the conditions of enhanced water inflows, which will allow increasing of maintenance-free exploitation of vertical barrels of mines.

Tasks of research work:

– to define optimum composition of concrete solution mixture with the use of plasticizers and grasping accelerators;

– to make laboratory researches of particle-size of standards of concrete with the use of micro survey;

– to develop technological regulation on erection of high-dense, high-solid, hydro-isolated lining of barrel.

Supposed scientific novelty

– defining of intercommunication between the extended amount of plasticizer and composition of concrete solution mixture;

– law of change of solid descriptions of concrete is set according to the time of its grasping with application of the special additions for development of technological regulation for erection of monolithic concrete lining;

– law of formation of high-dense, high-solid, artificial concrete stone, appearing in the process of erection of monolithic concrete lining is visually got.

Scientific value

It consists in establishment of law forming of high-solid, high-dense monolithic concrete lining based on application of the specialized additions and intercommunication of its basic parameters

Practical value

– development of method of structural and mechanical researches of concrete solution mixture prepared with the use of special additions;

– substantiation of rational parameters of high-solid, high-dense monolithic concrete lining of barrels;

– regulations of approaches to the choice of technological decisions for the combined scheme of barrels and their long maintenance-free exploitation in the conditions of enhanced water inflows;

– creation of method of organization of water inflow on a barrel.

Research method

– analytical researches with the use of ECM and with the use of positions of mechanics of continuous environment and underground buildings;

– analysis and generalization of scientific and technical achievements on issue;

– mathematical and statistical treatment of results of experimental and laboratory researches;

– laboratory and field experiments;

– technical and economic analyses.

Idea of work

Increasing of solid hydro-isolated descriptions of concrete lining of barrels due to the change of plastic properties of concrete solution mixture.

Description of work

Using standard method of test of building materials (GOST and DSTU 3008-95, DSTU 2824-94) in work the process of researches on determination of rational composition of high-dense concrete for monolithic concrete lining of barrel, passable in the conditions of enhanced water inflows will be accomplished.

For implementation of the put tasks inflexibility of concrete mixture will be investigated, its rational composition with the use of plasticizers and accelerating of hardening of sika, liquid glass will be researched. Controlling with a device Vika (p. 1.) according to the GOST 310.3-76 [1], and with the help of standard truncated cone (p. 2.) according to the GOST 27006-86 [2].

For control of material density, after 28 days of concrete hardening, cuts of samples are allotted with diamond circle and probed by a microscope (an. 1.).

For accordance with similarity of making of concrete mixture, mixing is made on a mechanical pear-shaped concrete-mixer (p. 3.), by volume of 0,1 m3. And the inundation of standards is executed with its compression on vibro-table according to the GOST 310.4-81 [3].

Conclusion

For development of technological regulation on erection of monolithic concrete, hydro-solid lining a concrete with the best technical, technological parameters will be used.
