of culture in modern
society. This
work is devoted to
political, environmental and economic problems of culture. They are
associated
with the consumption of material and spiritual blessings, with the
rapid flow
of information. Refers to the fact that in modern society is
dehumanization of
man.: The
topic of this work is problems of culture; this item of discussion
is rather actual today, because we can say, we are intoxicated with our
civilization, with consumption of material and spiritual goods, with
flood of
information. Moreover, in the life of modern society dehumanization of
man is
taking place, tearing up from the roots of every person's of cultural
identity
is going unnoticed. We are trying to sound the alarms about political,
ecological and economic problems. We also do not realize that these are
the
result of different living models and different ways of thinking, and
finale
crisis in culture. The
object of this work is culture in every respect. It is the set of
human activity patterns within a society or social group and symbolic
structures that give us significance activity. Customs, lows, popular
styles,
social standards and traditions are all examples of these cultural
elements. Human
world of exists as much as it is cultivated. The major feature of
culture is its pervasive character, indispensable inclusion in all
spheres of
society life and personality. Social conflict and development of
technologies
can produce changes within a society by altering social dynamics and
promoting
new cultural models and spurring or enabling generative action. A
loss of culture is not only a tragedy for the world's social fabric,
but a loss of intimate knowledge of the natural world. Modern level of
technological
development assumes leading hand knowledge and information in the
process of
production. Main factor of economic progress is fast growth of
knowledge, but
it has led to new problems, connected every aspect of social life. The
source
of the tragedy of culture is divergence between amount of information,
which
had been generated by people and their individual abilities to use it. We
are proud of our education. We have canonized school as an
educational institution. In spite of the fact that it does not orient
us
towards the basic attributes of the culture of behavior, inter-personal
relations and cultivation of consciousness, thought, communication or
language.
School prepares us in most cases for economic sphere. This situation
leads to
heaps of information and global problems, humanity become
insignificant,
powerless and disoriented. Men
and women figure are equal characters in system of cultural. Most
dominant world cultures have been patrilineal, although some examples
of
matriarch can be found in main cultures. These patrilineal cultures
have
systematically limited the women's power of in social, political and
religious
institutions. While learning this topic, we are trying to respond to
the
complex question: "What culture IS?" This reminds us of imbalances in
power distribution between males and females are not part of the answer. It
is not a part of the answer. Moreover, we should examine this problem
as a fundamental part of the process of inquiry. The present crisis in
society
is not only a social, economic and ecological one. It is also a crisis
of
culture. It is necessary to work out a conception in the cultural
sphere, which
would enable a comprehensive solution of the problems had been
mentioned above.
It is important to give culture a place on the pedestal, which belongs
to it:
above parties, above science, above the individual. It is important to
protect
culture – as a
phenomenon being a main condition, of further
existence
of
humanity. Formal guarantees: conceiving and adopting a The Charter of
Culture,
The Act on Culture, and so on should be placed in the appropriate place
in
constitutions. So, it is important to act quickly and
energetically –
perhaps
it is not too late, and everything has been not lost yet. Literature:
