Introduction

As of today commercial success of enterprises is directly dependent on list and the level of telecommunication services that are provided by it staff and visitors. In this case is important principle of the corporate network and its cost.

One of the most perspective directions of telecommunications networks is building multi-service networks with the integration of different services based on IP-protocol. The main objective of these networks is to provide coexistence and interaction of diverse communication subsystems in integrated transport environment for the transmission where normal traffic (data) and real-time traffic (voice and video) using one infrastructure.

It should be noted that the concept of multiservice includes several aspects related to various aspects of network construction.

First, the convergence of network load which determines the transmission of different types of traffic in a single reporting format. For example, now the transfer of audio and video traffic is mainly through network-oriented switching channels, and data - for packet-switched networks. The convergence of network traffic determines the tendency to use packet switched networks for the transmission audio and video streams, and the actual data networks. However it isn't negate the requirements of differentiation traffic according to the quality of the services granted.

Second, the convergence protocol defines shift from plurality of existing network protocols from (typically, IP). While it existing networks are designed to control a variety protocols such as IP, IPX, AppleTalk, and the same data type, multi-service networks are guided by a single protocol and various services required to support the different types of traffic.

Third, the physical convergence of defining, transmission of different types of traffic within a single network infrastructure. And multimedia and voice traffic can be transmitted using the same equipment according to different requirements for bandwidth, delays and "jitter" of the frequency. The resource reservation protocols, formation of priority queues and quality of service (QoS) allow to differentiate the services provided for different types of traffic.

Fourth, convergence devices, defining tendency-architecture network devices capable within a single system support polytypic traffic. So, the switch supports Ethernet-packets commutation of, IP-routing, and ATM connection. The network devices can process data transmitted according with a common network protocol (e.g., IP) and having various service requirements (e.g., bandwidth guarantees, delay, etc.). In addition, the device can support both Web-based applications and packet telephony.

Fifth, convergence apps, defining the integration of multiple functions in a single software tool. For example, Web-browser allows to combine in one page of multimedia data such as audio, video, graphics, high resolution etc.

Sixth, the convergence of technologies expresses desire to create single common technology base to building networks that can satisfy the requirements and regional networks and local area networks. Such a framework already exists, for example, the asynchronous transmission system (ATM) can be used to build both regional and local networks.

Seventh, organization convergence, suggesting the centralization of network services, telecommunications, information under the control of senior managers, for example, in the person of Vice-President. It provides the necessary organizing prerequisites for integrating voice, video and data on the same network.

All of these aspects define the various sides of the problem building multi-service networks capable of transmitting different types of traffic in the peripheral part of the network and its core.

1. Theme urgency

Modern trends of telecommunication networks in industrial and commercial environments, allow the presence of complex of diverse data networks, network technology information collection, telephone systems. Combining them into a single structure and the study of the characteristics of such networks is a relevant task for a wide range of organizations.

The implementation of new telecommunication technologies in modern business has become one of the key factors in obtaining a competitive advantage. Modern telecommunication technologies introduced into the corporate network, allow the company to better address business issues such as the expansion of the customer base, improving governance and transparency of business, reducing costs, improving information security.

Creating a local area network (LAN) using modern equipment and software - are no longer a luxury, but one of the main components of modern business.

According to forecasts of the local telecommunications market telecom operators responsible global trends in the provision of telephone calls via IP-channels - VoIP. One with the major reasons which they aspire to connect customers IP-based networks, which through the use of multi-service network infrastructure, enterprise customers can in one channel for more services at a lower cost: telephony, Internet, video telephony, multimedia conferences, etc. It means that a request for connection to the telephone operators in VoIP-channels is lower than the traditional. And view to extending telephone lines and the cost of calls, the VoIP-channels allow corporate clients to save on inter-city and inter-office calls and still maintain the room while moving from office to office.

2. Analysis of planning object

2.1. Description of informative space of company

The total area a three-story building "Grand" is 12092 sq.m. The complex consists of shopping and entertainment sections: the first covers about 50 commercial establishments, such as sports supermarket, shops, electronics, baby products, cosmetics and perfumes, casual clothing store, home improvement store, furniture store, carpet shop, supermarket and a number of fast food outlets, but the second includes a 3D-movie theater, bowling club, and again, Fast Food. You can also purchase jewelry, say, or supplies, offers fine wicker items, sewing or mending, use the services of a hairdresser or a wizard to repair mobile phones, cordless phones and cameras, pick a ticket to the summer holidays, and when the needs of even agree on the organization of the wedding.

2.2. Development of informative model of network

In general the company "Grand" when you create a LAN is:

— A common information space;

— Efficiency of information;

— Possibility forming the consolidated statements enterprise;;

— Centralization of financial and information flows of data;

— The possibility of collecting and processing operational information;

— Reduced costs by using server solutions;

— The ability to handle multimedia data streams;

— Reducing the cost of communications between subsections.

The information model of the network is structured on the basis of the organizational structure and the interactions between the components of the network.

The organizational structure is shown in Fig. 2.1.

Picture 2.1 - Organizational network structure

The complex consists of 3 floors. At each contains different components of the network, that will be access network. Each component consists of a number of people (depending on component size and importance).

In general, all workers enjoy such kinds of services:

  1. Internet (Wi-Fi) for visitors;
  2. Internet for administration;
  3. Internet for renters;
  4. The database for renters;
  5. The database for the administration;
  6. IP-telephony local;
  7. IP-telephony outside;
  8. Video control;
  9. VOD (advertising).

Each department has own access rights to services. It is intended that the marked very possibility access terminal to the service, but it does not mean that each category of subscribers use all services equally. Therefore, they can be divided into groups of access:

  1. Visitors;
  2. The video surveillance system;
  3. Advertising and information equipment;
  4. Administration;
  5. Renters;
  6. Security Service.

Each department of the complex is characterized by a certain type of consumer services and the nature of the traffic generated.

Description of the information model are summarized in Table. 1.1, where necessary show one or other services to each network element.

Table 2.1 - Description of the information model TRC "Grand"

Category of people Services
1. Visitors - Internet (Wi-Fi) for visitors
2. The video surveillance system - Video
3. Advertising and information technology equipment - VoD (advertising)
4. Administration - Internet for administration;
- The database for the administration;
- IP-telephony spot;
- IP-telephony foreign
5. Renters - Internet for renters;
- The database for renters;
- IP-telephony local;
- IP-telephony foreign
6. Security service - IP-telephony local - IP-telephony local ;
- IP-telephony outside

Conclusion

The use of multi-service networks provides a number strategic benefits:

  • Reduce the cost of maintaining the IT infrastructure;
  • Increase employee productivity;
  • Increase the reliability of the network;
  • reduce the cost of long distance telephone calls;
  • Provide a large number of services based on constructed data network.

In this work described characteristics the provision of telecommunications services for the protection commercial and entertainment complex "Grand". Implementation of the described solutions will improve the productivity of the working group as a whole, as well as serve as an impetus for further implementation and development of telecom services in the development.
