Abstract

Introduction

In any field of technology of production management tasks are always important. The urgency of the problems associated with them and paid attention to their solution are explained urgent needs to improve management efficiency.

1. Theme urgency

The relevance of research. With the increasing autonomy of enterprises and their economic and legal liability, dramatically increased the importance of the financial sustainability of business entities. In this situation, all the more important are the study and use in practice management methods based on the analysis of economic data. They are no exception and metallurgical enterprises.

Optimal control of the dynamic process of finding the most effective linkages with the environment is a symbiosis of art and science. The first aspect is reflected in the ability to apply the leader in a constantly changing economic life of their experience, logic, intuition, informal methods. The second aspect of optimal control - the susceptibility of the head or any other decision-maker, to the formalized management methods based on the use of a variety of information.

2. Goal and tasks of the research

The aim of the work is to improve the operational planning and management of steelmaking on the basis of modern economic and mathematical methods.

Systems, which can be divided ACS:

-avtomatizirovannaya management system of production and economic activity (ACS PCB);

-avtomatizirovannaya technical preparation of production control system (ACS CCI);

-system management course computer-aided manufacturing (AMS SA);

The main component of ACS, provides management of organizational processes at all levels of the enterprise, is the automated control system of production and business activities (ACS PCB). It consists of such subsystems as: technical and economic planning, financial management, accounting, operational management of the main production, personnel management, production support.Information support of financial and economic activity is complex and is determined by various factors: Management level, targeted use of information, staff members and others make up the accounting data at the level of enterprise information framework to ensure financial activities. In a market economy in the function of financial services is not only and not so much keeping proper accounting as a system of fixing the facts of economic life, has by virtue of this retrospective, but also maintaining financial calculations involving forward-looking and probabilistic nature of calculated results. In this regard, financial statements of the information is the basis for subsequent analytical calculations needed for management decisions.This is followed by a feasibility plan.

3.Review of research and development

The main function of this subsystem is the information support staff, decision-making in this sphere of activity of the enterprise as a whole and its divisions based on complexes of the automated calculations. Just when you plan: the development of long-term plan as a whole, broken down by year and monitor the progress of these plans, the selection of the most effective ways to achieve high production results.

Automated system of technical training of manufacture (ACS CCI) is designed to provide design works performed at the stage of technical preparation of production, including: constructive, technological, material production preparation.

Objects of automation are: design processes of products; processes of development control programs for equipment with program management; organizational management processes of technical preparation of production services.The following system - process control system in automated production (ACS AP) must ensure integrated management of the flow of the most important production processes.

The processes covered by this system: the execution of works on technological areas; grade components of the manufacturing process; testing, acceptance and packaging products; storage and transportation of goods within the enterprise.site management and other industrial complexes, consisting of highly automated equipment, carried out automatically by the computer or computer network.Controls sites, shops and businesses in general are formed in accordance with the production structure of the administrative apparatus of the enterprise is divided into linear and functional. Line staff provides direct management of production. Operational staff - helps line managers to perform management functions for its divisions. The set of linear and hardware (functional, staff) controls and relations between them form an enterprise management system.

At the enterprises of ferrous metallurgy, which are characterized by a high concentration of manufacturing, complex and unstable nature of many industrial processes, is very diverse range of products, management problems are particularly complex.The scale of steel production have a decisive impact on the complexity of management problems.

With them is associated capital expenditures and inventories, more efficient use of which can provide a very significant cost savings.The uncertainty of the production process leads to deviations of its actual progress of the planned.All these factors are typical for steel production, lead to significant losses for organizational reasons, due to the following factors: delays in the collection and the lack of information about the factors that are important in dealing with relevant governance issues; lack of time to see a large number of management options in the pace of the process.

For iron and steel factories of the above problems have their own specifics and require the development of planning and management methods than used for plants producing ordinary metal.The prevalence of this specificity is shown in steelmaking engineering plants. This is due to the fact that, unlike the plants big industry, in their characteristic small tonnage and small-scale production need to consider the following factors: a broad range of steel grades, the higher its quality requirements, a variety of smelting technology, specialization of electric steel furnaces, the inability to smelt the various steels for one furnace in random sequence, and others.

Thus, the creation of automated control systems of metallurgical enterprises is a major logistical challenge which will significantly improve the economic performance of the plant operation.
