Actuality of work
The main factor of sustainable economic development is the formation and activation of a new mechanism for managing innovations at all levels of the national economy. It is known that the growth of the country's production potential, improvement of the quality of life of its population depends on innovations and investments.
Limited sources of capital to attract investment leads to the need to develop methods to improve the effectiveness of investment activities. This makes it objectively necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of the alternatives in question in order to select the most effective ones. Of particular importance is the issue of assessing the effectiveness and selection of optimal projects in conditions of uncertainty and risk.
Purpose and objectives of the study
The purpose of the dissertation research is the development of a methodology for managing the innovation and investment activities of a manufacturing enterprise, taking into account the features of the current stage of development.
To achieve this goal, the solution of the following scientific and scientific–applied problems is required:
- to consider the theoretical bases for the development of the innovation–investment process;
- consider existing methods for evaluating innovative investment projects;
- analyze the tendencies of innovative and investment development of the countries of the world;
- study questions and problems of labor protection in the enterprise;
- analyze the state of the management system of innovation and investment development in the enterprise;
- suggest appropriate methods of managing innovation–investment development for the analyzed enterprise;
- develop an effective system for managing the innovation and investment activities of a manufacturing enterprise in times of crisis.
Object and subject of dissertational research
The object of the dissertation research is the process of managing the innovation–investment development of a manufacturing enterprise.
The subject of the dissertation research is theoretical, methodological and methodical approaches and methods to the management of innovative and investment development of manufacturing enterprises.
Scientific novelty of research results
In the course of the master's work, recommendations will be offered on the management of the innovative and investment development of a modern manufacturing enterprise in the conditions of the crisis.
