I was born in 1979 in Donetsk.

I was studying at school №38 from 1986 till 1992. In 1992 I entered Donetsk Technical Liceum (DTL). Mane directions of studying in DTL are mathematics, physics and computer programming. After finishing with exellent marks DTL I entered Donetsk State Technical University on speciality Georaphic Information Systems and Technology in 1996.

I am engaged in learning of possibilities of such GIS like MapInfo, ArcView and expedience of their use in our country. These GIS are mostly distributed in Ukraine and nowadays are broadly used in many offises. ArcView 3.1 is used in Regional Manegment Offise of Land Resourses with the perpose of creation of State Land Cadastral Data Bank in Donetsk region.

After 4 years studying I obtained the Diploma of Bachelor with exellent marks and entered Master courses. The theme of my MSc diploma is "The Control of Geometrical Itegrity of Land Cadastral Plans in GIS ArcView 3.1".

I have been working at   "Donetsk Regional Centre of State Land Cadastre" since 2000. I am taking part in creating and maintance of digital State Land Cadastral Data Bank in Donetsk region.
