I was born on 17 December 1980 in the city of Donetsk.
From 1987 to 1997 I studied at the secondary school №35, which still has a reputation of one of the best schools of the city. In my school days I often took part and won first places in the regional interschool competitions in mathematics, Ukrainian and English languages. I have been keen on English since childhood, which had a great influence on my professional choice.
When in 1997 I graduated from school with a gold medal, I followed my parents' and my elder brother's footsteps and entered Donetsk State Technical University, but, unlike them I chose economic profile, but not technical one. Thus, I began my studies at the International business activity department of the Faculty of economics and management. Our studies are very interesting and exciting, and I am very grateful to our teachers for this.
In 2001 I passed my state exams and obtained the certificate of bachelor's degree in "Economics and entrepreneurship". In September of the same year I continued my studies at the magistracy in my field of training.
The topic of my master's thesis is "Participation of Ukraine in the joint innovational and investment development of the CIS member-countries". The choice of this topic was imposed by the necessity of activisation of innovational and investment activity in our country. There is a great number of unsolved problems in this sphere, and many of them cannot be solved by our country without effective cooperation with other countries. My scientific adviser is candidate of economic sciences, a seniour lecturer of International business activity department Homenko Yana.
I hope that my investigation on my master's thesis will help me to recommend some solutions which will be useful for the revival of our domestic economy, as well as for maintaining of relations between the scientific and innovational centres of our country and other CIS member-countries.
Besides my main speciality, I have many other interests, music, poetry, travelling among them. Я очень люблю познавать что-то новое, общаться с интересными людьми. Огромную роль в моей жизни играют иностранные языки. As I have already mentioned, I studied English at school. At the University I began studying of German and French. Now I am planning to get a good command of these languages, as well as to begin studying Italian.
In the future I would like to take an active part in the collaboration of Ukraine both with the CIS member-countries, and with the European countries. I am eager to make my contribution into the process of Ukrainian integration in the world economic community. I hope, that my future life will not be boring.
