SUBJECT: Optimization systems heat supply residential buildings by criterion economy energy.

The person cannot live without heat. Nowadays supply by a heat of the large occupied items is carried out or from HEM on the basis of the combined development(manufacture) of heat and electric power or from large regional or quarter boiler-house, or from fine quarter ïðîèçâîäèìîñòüþ up to 20000KW.

More than million Donetsk is supplied with a thermal energy from 161 gas and 5 coal. By the rent enterprise urban òåïëîñåòü, 38 gas and 26 coal boiler-houses Donetskcoal and 4 gas and 19 coal Donetsk railways.

The specified boiler-houses supply with a heat 16656 thousand m².

There are boiler-houses by capacity till 116000 KW.

By a general direction in USSR always was integration of boiler and boiler units. In connection with very sharp increase of the prices in a fuel industry the prices and by the prices and by the prices and by the prices and everyone can pay for these services.

The existing nowadays system of collection of a payment on number of square meters of the general area for heating and on number of the persons, registered in an apartment, does not provide at all any variants economically to spend a thermal energy. Continuing the begun idea it is necessary to add In the present work it is provided to optimize capacity of sources of heat on a number(line) of the important known parameters, such as:

- power losses;

- reliability supply by a heat;

- quality of regulation;

- capital investments;

- ability to repair

and influence of a source of heat on pollution of an environment.

It is supposed to develop mathematical model of supply by a heat of dwelling on one family (from three persons) to choose capacity of an individual independent source of heat in view of a sparing mode of an expenditure of a thermal energy. The preliminary sketches convince of a idea, that for one family borrowing the area up to 100 m² quite enough to have sources of heat by capacity up to 10 KW on gas fuel.

With such decision of a question the influence of system supply by a heat on an environment will be least.

The state can save huge means, by shifting all cares on the consumer of heat.
