Scientific reachings:

 - the mathematical models are designed new, more precise, as to existing, which one allow to forecast a level of explosion safety and electrosafety of any technological objects, dangerous concerning explosion, fire and cases of a defeat of the people by an electric current. It enables to elaborate targeted organizational and technical measures, which one allow to reduce probability of occurrence of emergencies on researched object up to set norms value;

 - the new mathematical models for reliability prediction of the repaired in service schemes of electrical power systems are designed in view of three kinds of refusals: the refusal such as "short circuit", refusal such as "stopping of chain" and refusal in actuation of a protective switch, that has allowed to set the norms of reliability at a system of switching-off of protective switches (together with relay protection) and on terms of their preventive measures, at which one the set norms reliability level of the customers receiving a feed from a considered unit of load for the given firm is provided;

 - for non-repairable in service composite on structure of the schemes, the units which one can be in three incompatible condition: normal activity, refusal such as "short circuit", refusal such as "stopping of chain", more simple and precise methods of their estimations are offered.
