ABSTRACT
The purpose master's work is: Studying of a role of an interphase surface slag - metal during refinement modern steel-smelting units.
For achievement of the specified purpose in masters work the following problems are solved:
1. The modern condition of a question and the research problem.
2. The technique of realization of researches Is developed.
3. Research of the mechanism and kinetics oxidations of carbon on border slag - metal Is carried out(spent).
4. The role carbon depletion on border slag – metal in hearth processes of manufacture steel Is investigated
5. Influence slag-metal emulsion on a course of course of processes of refinement is investigated.
Now there is no uniform point of view on a question of an estimation of the slowest link of complex(difficult) process of receipt of oxygen in metal. The majority of scientists count, that the slowest parts are, transition of oxygen through borders undressed gas - slag and slag - metal, and also a viscous slag phase where mass transfer processes are complicated. M.J.Medzhibozhsky considers, as the metal phase under certain conditions (low excessive heating metal) can render significant diffusion resistance material transfer.Absence of the uniform point of view on this question is connected by that the reliable criteria allowing quantitatively to estimate influence of this or that link on course of process as a whole till now are not found.
