I was born on March 17, 1955 in town Tomary of the Sakhalin area (Russia).

I served in the Soviet Army: in an educational part - item Myshanka of Gomel area, Byelorussia; in battle part -in Moscow.

I has finished the Kharkov juristic institute .

I served in MVD of the USSR . Is awarded with a medal " For a stainless service III of a degree ". Since 1986 and till the present time I work the lawyer by the contracts or target employment contracts.

The member of CPSS with 1983 till August, 1991 ( I was the secretary of a primary party organization).

For the term of residing in Russia (with 1984 for 1993) I participated in judicial proceedings: in departmental arbitration Law-court by USSR, doubly in Court of Russian Federation (I has received positive solutions); in arbitration courts of Tyumen, Volgograd, Kemerovo, Novosibirsk, Sverdlovsk (Russia), Tashkent.

Since 1993 I work on Ukraine in city Krasnoarmeysk of Donetsk region. Per 1994-1996 I worked in Krasnoarmeysk branch of "Privatbank", then I has created as the founder firm "Interfakt", over which one supervised as the directors. In February, 1997 I has received the entry visa in the Greek Republic for further moving in Macedonius, but I was deported with Greek Republic in connection with a commencement of hostilities in Albania. The experience of legal activity has allowed through Committee on human rights in the supreme Body of Ukraine, to receive the Note to the Greek Government for violation of my rights, but the application for it was not accepted by European Court . Then I permanently connected the theory to practice - created law organization in Krasnoarmeysk, such as "Protection", Soyuz of the businessmen of the small and mean businessmen and others. Last of them " Krasnoarmeysk town organization of the employers ", general director by which one I am till now (though the organization almost does not work activity).

The professional success has come to me and in the beginning of 2003 in Economic Court Ukraine - acceptance of the satisfying claimant of the solution 12.02.2003. For the season since 1997 till the present time is experienced in Economic Court of Donetsk region. Specially in professional work the 2002 in quality that of the claimant, transponder in Economic Court became successful. But also local courts the attention was given. Few sessions of the court were conducted. The outcome in all cases was positive. To professional achievements it is possible to relate and that fact, that built by me in 1998 the commercial firm "Interpromservis" works till now.

Since July, 1994 till the present time I am the member of a public organization " International Amnesty " (AI), basic work of activity which one - realization of seminars, conferences, and also the support faces, concerning which one a state authority has broken their rights. The activity AI is diffused more than to 160 countries.

Constant my satellite with a school bench is the entrainment numismatics. I, with the participation native and familiar, collect a collection of coins. With the forty years old, I hoppe by large tennis. Started from independent occupations, and since 2000 I am in Federation of the amateurs of tennis of Donetsk region. In 2002 has taken 3 places on tournament spent by Federation. In Krasnoarmeysk, on the tournament, organized by the amateurs, has taken 1 place. In 2002 is registered Krasnoarmeysk town tennis club, by one of the founders which one am I. I plan to play in competings the fans - veterans and in 2003. Me interests law activity which is carried out by international organizations, as they have experience of realization of different measures, directional on training of the citizens of Ukraine to possession by their own political, labor rights and hereinafter it would be desirable to cooperate to good organization or fund!
