Was born on August 30, 1949 in family of employee Khlamov Georgiy Kyuzmich. After finishing secondary school worked in the punch and pressform plant as turner. In 1967 entered Donetsk polytechnical institute (DPI), after finishing DPI in 1972 year was offered to work as assistant on chair of "ASM", then chief teacher. In 1998 year to defended the dissertation. Now c.t.l. the associate professor of chair of "Electronic technics"
