I was born on the 31st of May, 1980 in Makeyevka of Donetsk region. My mother works as
a teacher in the Donetsk National University at the philological department.
I haven't ever been inclined to the humanities, though my mother is a philologist. Since the
childhood I have had some inclination to the engineering. I found pleasure in repairing different
mechanisms, in other words, I repaired the broken toys by myself. When I was six I could write
in Russian and Ukrainian and could calculate and multiply.
My mother has brought me up alone. She could not too pay much attention to me and didn't understand
how and when I learned to swim.
When I was seven I went to school ¹31 in Makeyevka. I was very good at physics and mathematics. I took part in various sport, competitions and contests in physics, mathematics,
geography where I have taken prize-winning places.
When I was nine my mother and I moved to Donetsk, where I went to the comprehensive school ¹22.
At the new school I was one of the best pupils. I participated in sport competitions and contests in
different subjects. In the senior forms my interest to study began weakening, because the way
of teaching subjects left much to be desired. After finishing school in 1995 I entered in the Donetsk
polytechnical college, mechanical department.
In the technical college I became one of the best students. I wanted to learn as much as possible
there. Several times I took prize-winning places at sport competitions in football, basketball
and swimming.
After finushing the Donetsk polytechnical college I decided to continue my study at the Donetsk National
Technical University.
In July 1999 after haviing been interviewtd I was enrolled for the ecology and chemical technology department
of the Donetsk National Technical University, for the specialization of "the Equipment of Chemical
Manufactures and the Enterprises of Building Materials".
I was one of the best students of the group. I participated in different university contests
in drawing geometry, resistance of materials, electrical technology and my professional
specialization. At the last three contests I took prize-winning places. I also became
a bronze prize-winner in the Ukrainian contests in the "special equipment of chemical
plants" discipline. I received a special gratitude from the president of the DonNTU - A.Minaev.
I participated in various sport competitions in football and swimming held at our
university
During my study time at the university I learned programming languages Basic and
TurboPascal, system of the automated designing the Compass 5.9-5.11.
At present I am learning Mathcad and LABVIEW. All my knowledge I skilfully apply to
solving engineering and technical problems. By the way, I also translated English
technical texts.
In 2003 I was confered a Bachelor's degree. In my diploma there were only "A" and "B".
Then I made up my mind to continue studying to receive Master's degree. In my
diploma work I have been considering the problem of providing technical safety of equipment
for the thermal processing of carbon materials. The supervisor of my work is the
associated professor of the specialization: "Machinery and Chemical Industry Equipment" A. Toporov.
In the near future I would like to be a professional in this very field of stady. It will help me to
provide a good financial state of my future family. I think that I will have to learn
much more for that. One of the most important aims of mine is to be on good terms
with my future colleges at work. Knowledge and skills received at the Donetsk National
Technical University would be of great use and bring good luck.
