I am Aleksey Vasilyevich Kosarev. I was born in Makeevka, a town of Donetsk region, in 1982 on the 25th of October. My parents are Vasiliy Vasilyevich Kosarev and Vera Ivanovna Kosareva they graduated from Donetsk Polytechnic Institute (DPI) and Kuzbas Polytechnic Institute (KuzPI) accordingly and got the diploma certificates (first degree documents) of mining mechanical engineers. My older brother Vasiliy Vasilyevich Kosarev graduated from Donetsk State Technical University (DonSTU), the department of mining equipment. At present time all members of my family hold the different posts in Dongiprouglemash Institute. According to this it is possible to say that the choice of my future profession was predicted in some way.

I lived with my parents in Chervonogvardeyskiy district of Makeevka for some time. When I was seven years old we moved to the center of Donetsk City. According to this the doors of school #32 were opened wide for me. I spent their 10 unforgettable years.

When I remember my school years I want to thank my teachers Alevtina Fedorovna Leboshchina, whom I always remember with warmth and Natalya Viacheslavovna Shipina – a woman with inexhaustible energy and with a special talent to organize different activities. I’d like to note that the main reminiscences of this time are connected not only with education process but also with recreations that took place at school. To these recreations belong: the annual ball dancing comp, the school KVN, the literary soiree, different balls, excursions all over Ukraine. Starting with the first grade I went in for sport such as: athletics, regby and soccer.

My favorite subjects were mathematics, geography and history. In 1999 I graduated from the school and was bestowed a silver medal -- the honour of the 2d degree.

In 1999 I entered Donetsk State Technical University (nowadays the Donetsk National Technical University), the department of mining equipment (MASh) according to preliminary examinations. Choosing the profession I was taking into consideration not only family traditions but also my own aspirations to the concrete creative work as the designer engineer.

When it was my second year at the University I decided to get the second high education on the basis of raising the professional skill level center and of retraining specialists. I chose the department of business economics as it gives the multifunctional knowledge in the sphere of market economics that are necessary to the modern specialist. In December 2003 I defended my scientific work on the topic “New production pricing” and got the Bachelor’s degree. My scientific instructor was the docent of the business economics department – Svetlana Nikolaevna Krapivnitskaya. At present time I’m getting the Specialist’s degree.

In 2003 I got the Bachelor’s degree document according to mining equipment specialty. Having an aim to achieve the most qualitative level of education I entered the magistracy. This decision was mostly promoted by my scientific instructor who is the docent of the mining machines department – Nikolay Mihailovich Lisenko. The topic of my scientific work (in order to get the Master’s degree) is “The examination stoping longwall shearer stability that are intended for the thin seams winning”. The scientific work is founded on the process of stoping longwall shearer stability design such as the UKD 200 in working face. The stoping longwall shearer UKD 200 was created by the designers of Dongiprouglemash Institute and is fabricated on NKMZ.

A vital question of this dissertation shows a present-day situation in this sphere and there are no doubts about its significance. In order to accommodate the cutter-loader in the seam the designer should place its corps in the seam’s shelf. According to this inevitably arises a number of problems, that are essentially restrict the functioning of cutter-loader with forced velocity indexes of supply within the limits of potential drive capacities that leads to machine’s productivity loss. In particular one of these problems is the possible stability disorder of stoping longwall shearer. As the result it loses the normal functioning.

My student years are one of my best reminiscences as for every person who was once a student. It could be explained by the fact that our student group had a nice sense of humor and a high discipline.

Now I’m planning to write and to defend a thesis. At the same time I’m going to defend my diploma work of the second specialty which is devoted to the mechanism of price formation on new production of coalmining engineering.

In the future I’d like to work in the sphere of interesting designing. Also I see definite prospects according research activity. In the future I’d like to have a family and to bring up children.
