Yevtushenko Ludmila was born on 6 April 1951.

From 1968 he was studying at the night classes at the Donetsk politechnic institute (DPI) and working at the post of the senior preparator. In 1976 she was graduated from the DPI by the speciality "Automatic and telemechanic".

After finishing the institute from 1973 she was working at the post of the laboratory assistent of the department GEA. From 1977 till now she has being working at the post of manager of the laboratory "Mining automatic" of the department GEA.
