I was born in settlement Pantelejmonovka on March, 29th, 1980.

My mother Velichko Valentina Grigorjevna - the electromechanic of telecommunication. She works at an intertown telephone exchange in the city of Gorlovka. My father - Velichko Valentine Stepanovich, is a worker. He is a press operator at Open Society the fireproof plant of Panteleymonovka.

In my childhood I had an inquiring mind and did not like to stay long in one place.
In 1987 I went to a secondary school number 19. At primary school I was an excellent puple, in the senior classes I was a good pupil. I finished the nineth grade having 4 good marks. Studying at school I took part in many sports competitions and the olimpiads in different schoolsubjects between the classes.

In 1995 I entered Gorlovka industrial technical school on speciality "installing and operation the electrical equipment of industrial enterprises and civil structures." In 1999 I graduated the technical school with honours and entered the Donetsk National Technical University on speciality "Telecommunication systems and nets". The fact that my mother and brother work in this sphere was a decisive factor in my choice.

From 2001 till 2003 I studied at the faculty of military training at Donetsk National Technical University.

During the studies I took part in conferens I made reports on the topics "Sharply directed antenna of vertical polarization with rapidly changed orientation", "Realyzation of spatial redundancy of figures of outer trajectory measuring". In 2003 I took part in All-Ukrainian olimpiad, which took plase in Kharkov National Radio-Electronics University. I took the second plase in it. After finishing the fourth course in 2003 I pased excellently the state examination and received the bachelor's diploma with honour. After that I was admittad to the magistracy of Donetsk National Technical University.
